As soon as we walked through the door we was greeted by the owner of the tea rooms , what an amazing person , was seated straight away , such a cozy vibe and interesting items to purchase around the room . Great for afternoon teas or just to meet up with friends ,we had the Pear and Ginger cake which was very flavourful , tea was served in little dainty teacups which were lovely. The owner has had the shop for 16 years now and normally always busy. Would definitely recommend this to all my friends . Lovely area . Can’t wait for the next visit . Customer service was excellent x

We have been a big fan of this lovely tearoom for ages. I visited there with my friend recently and we were welcomed warmly as always. Their quiches and cakes are delicious. I even took my brother and his family when they had come here from Japan, my brother still talks about this tearoom. I’ll definitely try their afternoon tea next time, it looked absolutely gorgeous! Thank you for welcoming us, Mark&Mohamed😊!

Absolutely hidden gem! I spotted this place by chance and what a lucky chance! The staff very friendly and welcoming! Atmosphere of the place is like movies, very pretty! Service speedy and with care. The cakes; absolutely delicious, the carrot cake is best I have ever had! I will be visiting every time I go Bletchingley.

Absolutely gorgeous little cafe. Food all home made . The cheese and ham croissant was the best I've ever had. Will definitely be going back to try the cakes! Very friendly service.

What a fabulous, friendly, cafe. It is much more than just a cafe. The owner (I think) went out of his way to make the four of us feel so welcome. All the food and drinks are lovingly prepared on site and served in/on classical bone china tea service. The sandwiches, soup, panini and cakes (pear & ginger and carrot) were all delicious and created and served with a real attention to detail. The beautiful village setting added to the sense of having travelled back in time - all the better for it!!

what a special little find - places like this are rare. we stopped for refreshments during our ride, and the (owner?) was beyond incredible, making us feel cared for and even handing over a couple of cookies ‘for the road’ before wishing us off on our merry way.. how sweet and sincere.Thank you!

What a wonderful place this is! Extra special memories made here. Mark and Mohamad are top notch hosts and made us feel so welcome....like long lost family! We were a large group and the place is not huge..no problem, we were comfortable and relaxed.
Grateful thanks to them for coping so well with our rowdy bunch!
The afternoon tea was fabulous, delicious with copious amounts of hot tea. What a memorable occasion it was and if we are in the area again we will definitely revisit.
I highly recommend that you put this place high on your list of places to go to for great food...you will not be disappointed x
Thank you so much for your hospitality Mark and Mohamed special memories made here xx

What an absolute gem of a place. Small but beautiful. Think bone China and fairy lights with amazing cakes! We had ham salad sandwich and scrambled eggs on toast which were lovely. Followed by chocolate cake, which was the best I've ever tasted. I made a point of telling them this and was informed that everything is made in house, which is even more impressive. Hot chocolate was delicious also. Their afternoon tea looked amazing. We will definitely be going back. The guy at front of house is so fabulously friendly and welcoming. All in all a lovely lovely lunch.

Lovely cosy tea room with very friendly staff . Great range of cakes and savouries definitely different from others . Highly recommend the pear and ginger cake which was delicious 😋
The prices were very reasonable and I would definitely go out of my way to visit again .
There was also the added bonus of having items around the shop to buy including tea sets and hand made items which just added to the overall feel of the tea room .

What a wonderful venue to enjoy a coffee or lunch and to be frank anything that you may be lucky to have here. Charming hosts such engaging service that’s genuine authentic and very special. The work and attention to detail taken in the pride of running this business emanate from the very soul of it. It’s infectious having never been before it almost drags you back and I find myself looking for an opportunity to do just that, return to enjoy more of the freshly made cakes and quiches but I suspect, much much more I’ve not even scraped the surface. Go experience and enjoy you’ll be going back. Thank you 🙏

Wow! So much to love about this place. Lovely little tea room in the village. Pre-booked their afternoon tea (for a Saturday) – glad we did because it’s clearly popular!. Once seated we were offered a glass of non-alcoholic prosecco - a nice touch. Onto the main event – the afternoon tea platter was loaded with beautiful savoury sandwiches, scones and cakes…….my goodness the cakes/deserts were amazing!. Tea was served in proper tea pots with bone china/porcelain cups and saucers – perfect! My friend and I couldn’t eat everything (there was so much!) but they kindly gave us bags to take the remaining cakes home with us. The guy running front of house was so friendly & helpful! I will definitely be going back – looking forward to trying a slice of the banana bread I spotted in the display counter - one of the many cakes I might add! Deelish!

Lovely place for cakes and snacks. If you don't have enough room for the cake we took some home. Everything is homemade, our soup was delicious. I didn't check before hand, they don't accept credit cards so best have cash.

Stopped off for a coffee on our cycle from London to Brighton, couldn't have asked for friendlier or more forthcoming service. We had all different kinds of coffee (all with speciality milks) and all of them were perfect, our water bottles were refilled and we were even provided plasters for a few ride-related injuries.

Lamingtons is the perfect spot for a pit stop - well-positioned on the high street with a lovely seating space out front, great facilities and the friendliest manager you could ask for!
