Cannot believe these reviews! I have been with Fischer for 5 years now. My fund has gone up 12% this year. The communication with my agent is brilliant. I fully understand how the fund works which most UK companies just used to confuse me! They are always efficient on every level, and I can check my balance easily daily. Cannot fault them excellent company!

Scott contacted me after I downloaded an article from the Fisher Investment website. I have had 2 calls with Scott Duff. Scott was very knowledgeable and provided answers to all my questions to help me make my pension investment decision. Scott did not give a sales pitch but provided the data I required. Although I decided to manage my pension myself for the moment, if my circumstances change I will definitely engage with Scott again.

I don’t particularly like leaving reviews, but after reading all the previous reviews I strongly feel it’s necessary to set the records straight. I downloaded Fishers 15 Minute Guide to Retirement many years ago, and after reading its contents I realised the information it contained was both informative and very helpful. From that initial contact with the company I received a phone call from a polite sales person asking questions about my financial situation that I was not quite ready to answer due many personal reasons. He was not rude or disrespectful and asked if he could call back in the future when I may be more ready to discuss my financial situation, to which I accepted. That call back led to a further call back again and then I was ready to listen. Thank god I did! This company then hands you over to the next guy in the chain that starts to assess everything about your finances; and I mean everything! This was not rushed, not pushy, not rude, and at no time pressured! A complete financial analysis was presented of exactly what Fishers could do for me with projections explained in full. Once I had satisfied myself that the company was completely legit, I nervously began to transfer my money into the holding account that they had set up. From then on I have had to do absolutely nothing! Fishers have invested for me and now nearly three years on I am pleased to say Iam now considerably better off than I was! My personal investment consultant Natalie Morgan contacts me regularly to check I’m happy, and to see if there is anything further they can do for me. I’ve looked all across the investment sector to see if there is anything better out there and to compare the results I’m getting from Fishers; and I’ve got to say Fishers is up with the best out there! Their service has been exemplary, their advice has been first class. Even when the markets tumbled Natalie was on hand with advice, statistics, market history, reports and everything I needed to reassure me this was a time to hold tight and ride on through; which I did and she was spot on! Whoever is leaving dumb feedback on this company has clearly just not got the message! I’m a truck driver of forty years, not a professional investor; but I know when I’m on to a good thing. I’d like to thank all of the team at Fishers and wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a very prosperous New Year! Thank you 🙏 again for personally looking after my interests. And to those of you looking for sound investments, do your self a favour and phone Fishers; trust me it will be the best thing you’ve done!

I am typically British and was very wary of a strong slightly pushy sales process it almost put me off
But I signed up and I have been very pleased indeed
Great depth of knowledge and constant feedback

Got meet other clients at a local dinner/ presentation and I asked for their feedback - one guy said “in good times there can be little surrender between investment houses but the really good advisers earn their money in the bad times”
So it has been proven to date!

Very happy

Never knew that something like this was available to me until I sat down with Fisher. I felt like my IFA was doing a good job until I realised I had been under performing the market for the last 5 years! Been with Fisher for over 3 years now and made more in one of those years than 5 with my IFA.

Excellent service and returns: over the past 3.5 years about 50%! Efficient and reliable service when I needed to take money out.

Best decision I ever made was to transfer my SIPP to Fishers. For the rirst time ever, I was given meaningful projections of what level of pension I could expect - when I had asked my previous IFA, the response I received was literally ''well as we can't predict when you're going to die, that's like asking how long is a piece of a string'''! My investments have still grown, even though I am now drawing a monthly pension and i can check the performance of my fund on line, on a daily basis if I want to. I receive regular phone calls and up dates from my dedicated investment consultant. Even though he is based in Washington DC, I have a much closer relationship with him than I ever had with my previous UK based IFA AND our contact is much more friendly, reassuring and generally far more comfortable.
I would have given five stars but for the incompetence of Curtis Banks - the UK based company which Fishers use to manage (or rather mismanage) my pension payments and the property portfolio element of my SIPP. Based on my experience, Curtis Banks cannot be trusted to manage anything and in my humble opinion, they are letting Fishers down badly and that is a great shame.

Rude can be the only word to describe the man I've just spoken to, after cold calling me on a number of occasions I eventually picked up, after telling me a bunch of lies he immediately put there phone down when I said I was a police officer. SCAM

**Update** totally taken aback after receiving another call from this company. The above person's manager has just called me to apologise for my initial call. I can only respond by changing this review star rating from 1 to 3 stars. I don't like cold calls for services I hadn't requested but thank you to the manager for his efforts.

Cold call after I’d clicked a download…that I never received…terrible old school style of sales when I didn’t immediately recognise the company he was calling from he abruptly dismissed me and moved to end the call…not really a true or effective way to qualify someone who wasn’t expecting a call…very arrogant!

A terrible experience from the start. Poor advice and and a level perceived incompetence in the way we have been treated has provided a stressful and anxious number of weeks. Based on what we have experienced so far we could not recommend Fishers to anyone to be responsible for your savings portfolio

Hard sell salesman that care more about commission than whether it is the right time to invest. I voiced concerns about a potential market correction accepted their reassurances only to find i was right and therefore lost money. Bad experience i suggest you avoid them.

Started to ask for some information in response to an ad. Gave them my name and email then before they would issue the information then asked for phone number and postal address. No happy to give this so didnt. Sounds dodgy to me.

Telephoned me as a result of downloading a guide. All transmit an no receive. When questioned the sales persons knowledge was almost non existent. All rhetoric.

Awful. Don't give them your contact details. They will get a pushy and rude salesperson to call you.

Rude client manager. I felt they were making up what they were telling me. I have no confidence in them.
