Great service especially from Archie he is a credit to the company wanted a gift for Christmas and he got me exactly what I wanted just in time. Everyone at the shop is extremely friendly and accommodating will defo be back.

Always great service here, recently dropped off one of my watches for servicing - I was intending to drop off a second watch however they were very honest explaining it wasn't in need of a service which is refreshing.

Danielle sorted out an insurance valuation, sending me a virtual copy the same day with the physical copy arriving shortly after.

I also had a conversation with Lee about (hopefully!) my next Rolex purchase - he is very knowledgeable about the brand, him and all of the people I interacted with provided great, friendly service.

Today was my visit to RGJ of 2024. I received the full attention of Lee who told ok time to catch up on our news from over Christmas. Pleasant conversation over a cup of coffee with no pressure to make a purchase. However, I was drawn to a lovely Explorer2 that was openly for sale in the shop window display.
