New Oaks Fitness (Ipswich) Ltd

I couldn’t get pictures of the inside but I used to workout here several years ago and this was the coolest gym ever. It’s a classic old school bodybuilding gym where everything is rusty and crooked. The atmosphere was also really cool with just huge strong guys who were dedicated and super open to helping you out. It’s a small gym so if you become a regular than you end up getting to know everyone. By far my favorite gym that I’ve ever worked out at.

This gym is a niche gym. It is equipped for strongman training with atlas stones, farmers walks, circus dumbbell, log press etc etc. It is equipped for bodybuilders with all the machine to target those muscles.

It's a gym to go to if you know what you are doing and how to train, there is no instructors there. But the gym users are like a family, they all help each other out and most members have years of experience of personal training or competing in one form or another.

There is a few cardio machines available to.

Amazing community feel. Very welcoming. Great transformation from the delapidated shell of not so-New Oaks into the fresh/aesthetic looking Hunters strength and fitness!

Best place in town. You have all the necessary equipment, the best people and a management which is willing to invest. Best leg machine press in Ipswich, never seen one person in the gym to be arrogant or try to intimidate someone, quite the opposite, the biggest guys are the most friendly. Lastly but most importantly the management has invested a lot in making this gym better and better.

A great gym if you want to build muscle. The people are pretty friendly and always ready to help a new starter. Great atmosphere and lots of weights.

Visited this gym for the first time and the service I got given is amazing :D I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get good training

Under new ownership, new equipment, longer opening hours and a banging new sound system! What more could you want?! Yes it's not pretty but you will get results here, trust me.

Great hardcore gym, the cafe is a bonus as well. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
