Europcar Ipswich

Mike at Europcar was great and helpful. I went in wanting to rent a Nissan Quashqai, manual. Because that's all I know how to drive. I got there, they did not have it. They only had automatic cars. I was given an automatic MG HS for the same price I would have rented the Nissan.

I was nervous/anxious to drive an automatic car for 3 hours with my daughters in the back. But Mike reassured me that I would be fine, helped me understand the various car controls before my journey, and gave me tips on how to drive an automatic car.

The car was clean and looked fancy :D

I drove to Stoke-On-Trent and back and loved it. The car driving experience was smooth and I returned it with no issues. Everything went well.

Hired a van last weekend for moving - Mike was fantastic.
All questions answered, easy process and great customer service.
I would highly recommend Europcar, Woodbridge Rd, Ipswich.
10 out of 10 for everything.

Hired a van to transport 9 bikes back from London after a charity event.
Process was straight forward and quick.
Weekend rental was easy with keys dropped off through dedicated hole in the wall.

I have to say I have read a lot of negative reviews about Ipswich but I could not praise them more, my hire car was hit last week and Norwich euro car had no cars but Ipswich did and were able to help me as I am a motability customer, they couldn’t be more helpful. I want to say a big thank you for their help.

Everything went really well. I was given a really nippy Fiat 500. The car had the usuall rental marks on the exterior when I collected it. Staff are very helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.

Friendly staff and nice car. I was upgraded for free from a fiat 500 to a Volkswagen Passat. All and all a great experience. Recommend

I signed up to rent a car before I read the reviews so was worried but credit when credits due, no complaints. Didn't have car I ordered but replacement was probably better as it was virtually brand new.
Plan to go away bext year and would definitely use again.

I hired a Vauxhall Crosland (?). It was clean, tidy and delivered on time. It was very economical and a pleasure to drive
All in all, a good deal and a very decent car

Mike is the best guy, understanding and communicative with customers.
