Stafford Audi have a very good customer care policey and as a customer you are treated in a relaxed pressure free environment,like a VIP.

I bought an approved used Q5 from Stafford Audi. Tom Sneade provided excellent service from start to finish. Allowed me to have a long test drive and answered all of my questions. He gave good advice regarding finance options and extras. The car was given to me in pristine condition, with any defects rectified beforehand, along with a full service. Aftercare has also been very good. Would not hesitate buying a car from here again.

Fantastic service from Samantha leading up to, and including the car handover.
Samantha very kindly played along and created a great surprise for my wife who was not expecting to collect a new car when she visited to look at a 'secondhand' selection.
Samantha was great with communications and helped with aftermarket policies if wanted.

Brought a Audi A5 35 TDI Sportback from Gemma at Audi Stafford and the service was fantastic from start to finish.

Absolutely first class service from Leigh Jarvis and Ben Millar from start to finish throughout the process of arranging the delivery of my new A5.
Nothing was too much trouble and Leigh even called me a couple of times way after the end of his working day to keep me informed of the progress with my vehicle.
Leigh was extremely helpful at all times and there was no pressure from him in terms of purchasing additional products or insurances, although all available options were explained to me.
