Otto Pizza

Otto Pizza is a small independent pizzeria in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter. It was quite busy when visited, glad we booked a table. There is plenty of small plates to start and a good variety of pizzas. There was a board with seasonal specials. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The pizza was absolutely delicious, fresh dough and baked in a proper pizza oven. Regardless of the place being packed the food arrived quickly. Overall a very nice experience, definitely will visit again!

Some of the best pizza I’ve had!! The truffle flat bread and nduja pizza (p2) were absolutely brilliant! 🔥🔥!! The leek pizza was favored by my wife more than me but was still really good. Slightly slow on the service , and a decent local place kind of vibe . Overall 5/5

Only if the other options were Halal. But the margherita is highly recommended, the charred base, basil richness and the texture of the crust is out of this world

I was told this is Birmingham’s best pizza and honestly, I think I agree! We were running 20 minutes late but they held our table for us (thank you! 🙏🏼) and we were given all the attention by the staff. Pizzas were absolutely to die for, as was the wine. Who knew a sriracha butternut squash sauce would work so well?!
And such reasonable prices! Absolutely loved it and will deffo be back.

Little gem in Birmingham. We came here by chance and it was the best pizza we've had in the UK in a long time. The environment is welcoming, the service is attentive and they have a stone oven! We took a buffalo mozzarella and a charcutería bord to start and two pizzas, a little too much food but the pizza is good even the next day 🙃The ingredients and pizza dough were fresh and delicious, not to mention the limoncello they produce which was perfect! like what is done in Italy! Not to mention also the tiramisu I had for breakfast the next day, extraordinary. If you pass through Birmingham it is a unique place worth trying.

One cannot go wrong with Otto. Its no surprise that its been voted to serve the best pizza in Birmingham. Love the options, especially the double tomato! The tiramisu is crazy!!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The pizza was tasty and the tiramisu if not the best, one of the top you can find in the city. I like the simplicity and the concept of the store. I would highly recommend!!!

We had only ever ordered online prior to our visit the other weekend, but we were not disappointed during our meal. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful in advising us with our orders. The food came quickly and was incredibly delicious: the best pizza in Birmingham. We will definitely be returning.

We've been here for a quick lunch on Saturday. Great place and great home atmosphere.

The sharing board of meat was big enough for three people and was really good. The meat was high quality and something that you don't find easily in shops, suoer tasty.

The pizza were all three good, dought was soft and well cooked. Ingredients on all the pizzas were abountant and tasty.

The reason for the 4/5 stars on food is due the presence of capers and pecorino romano on the pizza with aubergines. The combination of them made the pizza a bit salty, maybe a grana padano 12-18 months aged instead a pecorino would be better.

Service 10/5. Polite, efficient and friendly.

Great little independent pizza place, better than the chains in town. Pizza 2 (nduja, salami and honey) is my favourite. The homemade tiramisu was delicious also. Great service.

Best pizza in Birmingham by some distance! I made a large order from Otto for a party hosted nearby few weeks ago and they were happy to help. I have since had the opportunity to dine in at Otto and the food, atmosphere and service here are all 10/10. Max and his staff are all wonderful and happy to help, and the restaurant itself is a lovely setting. One of the best independents in Birmingham without a doubt - would highly recommend a visit to anyone local or visiting Birmingham. Thanks Otto!

Absolutely fantastic! Food, service and price! Heard about how good the food is from my friends and decided to go on a Tuesday night then afterwards go to the theatre.

Service was great, felt welcome from the start and was served quickly.

Sourdough based Pizzas were even better. They have many flavours and suitable for meat eaters and vegetarians. The chewiness of the sourdough was amazing and the flavours of the toppings were really good!

Finished off with a dessert which tasted like a malteaser. Definitely will go again, pizzas cannot be faulted!

It's a small restaurant, so recommend booking. Lovely atmosphere.

I have visited Otto a few times now and do not have a bad word to say about the place. The pizza is amazing and the desserts are homemade and are genuinely just as good as the pizza, which is saying something. Prices are reasonable.

Service is always very good and the staff are so lovely and friendly. Would 100% recommend.

This was my first visit to Birmingham and saw good reviews about this place so I thought I'd give it a go!
Pizza was amazing and the waitress even flirted me into getting a dessert as well to which I wasn't disappointed as it was also very tasty!

A little quirk place in the Jewellery Quarter, small but unique 👌🏽 worth a visit for the authentic wood oven pizza made on sight.

Came here on a Saturday night by chance and was very impressed with the level of service, food and atmosphere.

I ordered a vegan pizza and the cheese seem to be cashew nut based not entirely sure but it was delish!

Loved the marinara sauce, very flavourful and the dough was very light, spoke to the gentleman and he was it was sourdough fermented for a good few days.

Will definitely pop down again next time I visit Birmingham. 💙

We happened on Otto while in the area. We had the most lovely meal in a nice relaxed atmosphere, and the service was sublime, nice people serving good food. We started with the beetroot salad and followed with margheritas. The garlic butter is to die for. A real gem of a place with big heart - if we're in Birmingham again we will be back!
