McDonald's

I stop here quite often on my drive back from Bristol. Good choice of vegetarian and vegan menu. Very quick and efficient employees. Helpful with the orders too. Plenty of seating space, both inside and outside. It’s about 30 minutes outside Exeter and an hour away from Bristol. Definitely recommend stopping by for a quick break.

I never imagined I would rate a Mcdonalds with a 5 star, but it was outstanding service. Very fast, proving those slow ones are just not up to standard, because this was busy and yet food was super fast ( and my orders were cusstomised)

There is a man there working on the floor, he was an older man and helping people...... he needs recognition. He was what customer service was once and should be again!

Food was yummy, I'd complain about lack of salt on my chips, but because the service was so excellent and chips hot, it's a non-issue!

Just had a fantastic meal in McDonald's at Taunton Deane Services.

The Big Mac and Double Quarter pounder with cheese was really tasty and the cheese melt nuggets actually we're hit with hit cheese that oozed out which was a great surprise as most of the time we've had these they have been just warm and no melty cheese.

Great staff and s clean seating area. Well done to the staff for a very pleasant meal. If only all McDonald's could be this good.

Small but perfectly formed, the McDonalds M5 northbound has everything you need: hot and tasty food served with a smile.
Feeling healthy, I opted for the garlic mayo grilled chicken wrap and it was lush. The side salad crispy and fresh, the coffee dark and bitter.

A unique and delicious experience. Taunton Deane McDonald's make every meal a happy meal. Blown away by the matey but pro service, the spa day cleanliness and the gourmet feel good food. Will be coming back for next year's birthday. Thanks to everyone involved x

For a truck stop McDonald's the food is tip top. Both burgers were hot and fresh chips were crisp. Quick service no problems!

We stop here regularly every 10 days on way to work, so we hit lot of motorway services and the staff are best we have come across with manners and we even got given 50% off as the manager said he saw us on regular basis and to have a good day.

These services are better priced than many I have come across. Not sure on fuel, but the services themselves are very reasonable.

Wonderful experience, my son made a latte spill but Linda helped in clearing it and also gave us replacement, Linda is really an example for making customer feel cared for..

Just returned after a a special 4 night break from our daughters. Lovely facilities, indoor pool and spa. We had a lovely room with fantastic views. Breakfast was served to our room every morning which was a great idea that meant we didn't have to rush out. We did use the Wild Cafe on 2 occasions for dinner and the food and service was excellent. Great sandy beach is accessed by a steep walk down and back but we'll worth it. For the less able-bodied just a short drive away.

Early hours of the morning visit so pretty quiet. However, this came with a surprise advantage of our food being cooked to order. I wouldn't say I was half expecting some dried up offerings that had been sitting in their cardboard boxes since early evening, but it had crossed my mind. Pleasant visit all round.

Breakfast stop, spot on!!! Fresh hot, I'm mean I was hangin after being at a fessy and having about 3 hours sleep in four days and I'd only eaten a slice of pizza in the four days and would have eaten a brick with brown sauce on it,,, but yeah it was good!! 14/7 rasta badges!!!

I don't normally write reviews but really felt I needed to on this one, we stopped here yesterday for dinner at a very busy time and although there was quite a bit of a wait, and people moaning in the queue the staff were working their absolute socks off to get the orders out, we had quite a large order nothing missing or lukewarm like our local mc Donald's sometimes is and ours is not as busy, I hope the manager here appreciates the staff they have, worth their weight in gold, they all deserve a bonus, top service guys, keep it up.

Stopped here on our way to Cornwall. Lovely services and was served quickly.
Tables were cleared straight away and sanitised between visitors in line with Covid rules.

We arrived just before a coach party of teenagers! Store area was clean and empty tables clear. Fast service.

This was another welcomed stop on my journey home, I was well aware for some time before that I was suffering from some kind of gastric distress, so this for me was more than a welcomed sight. I was straight in to use the bog which were cleaner than most service stations. I grabbed a coffee to wake my self up some more, then hit the road once again.

The best Mcdonald! Hot well presented food and yes I mean hot! Could not fault it. The best burger I've had at any McDonald's.
