Pets at Home Taunton

Lovely and clean. Fish tanks look like they've been taken care of. Animals seem happy enough.
A regular change of sight water outside would be nice .... Not that dogs care! 😁

We have a rescue dog and use pets at Home for the things we need for our Cassie, I bought anew bed for the car for her and a new harness, everything for pets and trhe staff are great, always willing to help if needed and they really do know there stuff.

Very helpful staff and they could see is was injured and one staff member followed me around to pick the stuff up, pushed the trolley, unpacked at till, I paid then the lady even took my stuff to the car to pack it in there too. I didn't have to lift a finger it was so nice to see kindness like that. This happened 3 times while I was injured, keep up the great work guys. Any questions you have there will be a staff member who knows.

Great local store. Comprehensive selection catering for all pets. Good parking facilities. Very good In Store vets which I use.

the dog groomers are amazing they do an amazing job with our 140lb malamute. highly recommended. the ladies treat him like he's there own

Staff super helpful and friendly. My dog loves a mooch around and gets a treat at the tills when we check out . Good selection of snacks and toys, grooming products. They have a membership .app with vouchers and offers. They have a groom room but not used it yet, looks like it's very popular as always busy.

FANTASTIC!
Was unable to find flea treatment and a member of staff who saw us looking confused rushed over to help, she explained everything and confidently helped us pick out the right treatment for our kitten. She even helped us sign up to the VIP scheme and was super patient and kind, even having a joke and laugh with us. She was fairly short, short blonde hair and glasses. Might have been a manager/ supervisor ! She deserves a raise, the way she interacts with customers is fantastic. Will definitely be returning! Please give her a raise she deserves it.

Staff always friendly, our dog also goes to the groom room, they do a great job. Has a great range of items for many different animals. The vets here are lovely to.

Always have a treat for my dog at the till, she loves going there and sits by the cashier patiently.

Went In During Lockdown And Saw They've Taken Every Precaution To Remain Open For People.

Anyhoo Went In For Some Advice On Training My Little Butt Nugget (see pic below) Who Decided The Whole House Was His Toilet Lol.

Got The Advice, Bought The Product And Has Thus Far Been Working, Very Helpfull Staff And I Got To Pet A Few Dogos :)

Best all-around pet shop and vets as well as the groom room. Basically, anything you would need or want for your furry babies 🐾🐾🐾

Well stocked pet store. Helpful staff. Can usually get what I go in for. Can take your dog in with you. Plenty of parking on a small trading estate on the outside skirts of the centre of Taunton.
