The answer is "yes," YES you do, and it should totally be the Onyx team. They take care of everything and only loop you in when you're absolutely needed. As I scale, their support is scaling too and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Hire them.

When I offered to book an hour of his time he very honestly told me that I was welcome to do so but wouldn't be able to advise any differently than he has now.
