We needed someone to fix our washing machine quickly, as we had just come back from holiday to find the machine wouldn't work. James came around the same day and although the machine was 12 years old suggested that it could be fixed with new brushes. The brushes and James came later in the week and he then found that the motor was also broken. He didn't charge me for the brushes or his time which I thought was truly delightful. James will be my first engineer to call in future and I would recommend him to everyone.

James was so helpful and knowledgeable, and diagnosed my (sadly broken) washing machine over the phone, and with a video of the machine. He also advised on the most reliable brand to go for next, and was extremely helpful and I didn't feel rushed off the phone, or like I was being a bother. A pleasure to chat to.
