I have bought several reconditioned computers for my family over the last 10 years from The IT Counter and recommended to friends .We have all been delighted with the fantastic quality and very professional ,friendly
service.I have met Dan,Leighton,Kevin and Adrian, who are all experts in
their own roles in the computer industry. I cant recommend enough for
anyone wanting to buy a great reconditioned computer or to have a computer updated /repaired ,to visit The IT Counter before going anywhere else.

Would not honour warranty after buying laptop less than 3 moths ago now won’t charge. Salesman very approachable, manager aggressive and made me really upset. Going to seek legal advice re warranties. Never going back to shop there again.
