We initially stopped in after seeing photos of the massive scones (which were amazing!), but all of the food we had was fantastic. The staff were absolutely lovely and of course the location was ideal. We sat inside, but there is plenty of outdoor seating for a nice day.

Great location for sea views
Start of a circular walk clearly marked to the right of the beach path
Fantastic freshly made sandwiches
I always go for the prawn baguette & a glass of Prosecco which is served with a flute glass & strawberry.
First class 😍

Fantastic cafe a stone's throw from the beach. A lovely dog-friendly garden and the food is absolutely delicious. I had the salmon platter, plenty of fresh salmon, chips and a really varied salad. My husband had the fish pie and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The home made salad dressing was so good I had to buy a bottle to bring home.

Nothing I can add that hasn't already been said. Lovely food, great friendly service and in a really nice location. Had lunch, walked the coastal path a ways . Then returned and had coffee and cake before heading home. One thing worth mentioning. The pay and display car park, take change, as although it's supposed to take card payments, that part didn't work and there is zero phone reception, so couldn't pay that way either, which is annoying to say the least. £6.00 for 4hrs and it's not fair to expect the cafe to change notes for folks. What should happen is the car park owner should fix the chuffin machine. Road pirates!

This is a great little café just up/down the hill from the beach.

The service was friendly and efficient, the food was excellent, reasonably priced and very filling. Will definitely call in again if we're about that area

After spending some time crabbing on Church Bay beach with daughter and dogs, we headed back up to Wavecrest Cafe - we were welcomed by absolute lovely ladies, all jolly and smiley - food is all homemade, huge delicious cakes, all different variety’s to choose from - and the play list that they had on completely set a magical vibe …. you’ve simply got to visit to believe, bursting with stunning flowers everywhere too - some sort of magic is happening here ! 😍🍰🧁

Excellent food, we had a very large ham baguette, beautiful thick milkshake and the largest cream scone I've ever seen. Amazing and excellent service. 👏

I have not been to Anglsea, headed straight for this place. It is even better than I remembered..the fish pie is the best I have ever tasted, and my partner said the cheese and leek pie was exceptional. Staff were lovely also. Highly recommend

Lovely staff, lovely place, tasty food and a reasonable price. We had tea for two early in the day followed by a late lunch in late afternoon, both were good quality with no complaints. Two cups of tea and we filled our flask with rest. Late lunch was a prawn baguette and gammon and chips. Great taste and a good amount.

OMG doesn't look much from the outside, but inside is a different story.
The most amazing food and drink on offer....it delights the senses.
Inside or outside it's a fabulous place to eat drink and chill.
Opening hours are different so check before you go.

Reay nice cosy place with a relaxed atmosphere. Came here with my husband and 2 kids and we really enjoyed the lovely food... we had the fish pie (amazing) and shared the huge scones and the kids had sandwiches and a milkshake. Will definitely be coming back when open again in season.

Fantastic location. Just next to the beach. We ordered the fish pie. Plenty of fish in the pie, very creamy in texture and the homemade basil sauce for the salad hit home! Simple dish but absolutely delicious. Really enjoyed it. Was very tempted for a second serving. The tea garden is beautiful. If it was a little less windy on that day, it would have been perfect. Thank you to the very friendly and warm folks at Wavecrest Cafe. Good luck!

Went for a random drive around anglesey and thankfully discovered this gem of a place. A stones throw from beautiful scenery, you'll find this charming cafe. We got there after the kitchen had closed, so we had to settle for a latte & a delicious scone with plenty of cream & strawberries. It did not disappoint.

Great that the garden is dog friendly too! Will definitely go back before leaving the Island

Lovely cafe, the food was very nice and the scones beautiful! Portions were big and the menu has lots of choice plus a nice children’s menu It was starting to rain when we went in and it soon got busy but the staff were very friendly and helpful and tried to accommodate everyone. Just one toilet but it was very clean and had a baby changing facility. The cafe has indoor and outdoor seating.
This cafe is worth a visit, you won’t be disappointed 🙂😋
