Absolutely beautiful views, scenery and walk. A chilly blustery day but so enjoyable to walk for a couple of hours getting pink cheeks and 13,000 steps in!
Highly recommended, toilets on site and reasonably priced car park.

This is a gorgeous place. The landscape is amazing. We visited after nesting season, so we are planning on traveling back again when the seabirds are nesting between April and July. Note: we still saw lots of birds, including several Chough. We also visited the hut circles nearby. They are so well preserved and excellent examples of Bronze Age construction. Recommend this site for bird and history enthusiasts.

Amazing mesmerizing view. I would highly recommend the walk if you are able. Lots of car parking areas around. A coastal walk to get to the light House park further away would be amazing. It was steep and I wouldn't do the walk to the lighthouse as climbing back up would be difficult. If you'd rather just see south stack you can park right above it. Plenty of options and well worth a visit. It's beautiful!

Thoroughly enjoyed our walk around South Stack the scenery is stunning and we were so lucky with the weather. Unfortunately we arrived late during the afternoon so the light house was closed but we did venture down the 408 steps !!! Definitely a good work out 😀.

Car park was full when we arrived. Managed to get a space on the road nearby, otherwise it would have been a very short visit. Spectacular views and scary paths. System at cafe was a bit confusing at first and it wasn't obvious where to find a menu, but the food (scone) was very good.

Absolutely wonderful, views are spectacular. Lovely place to view the lighthouse from - you do have to go down to Allan's Tower to do this. Excellent for bird spotting. Assistants in the RSPB gift shop are very helpful and knowledgeable. Cafe is lovely with inside and outside seats. Very clean and nicely decorated. Toilet facilities are good, baby changing and disabled too. Dogs aren't allowed inside the cafe (unless assistant dogs) but you can sit outside with them. Food in the cafe is very nice - had a lovely breakfast and lunch, pricing is reasonable, staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. From here it's a short walk to Allan's Tower but this path is reasonably steep with steps. There is however a lower carpark signed as Allan's Tower and the path is more accessible for wheelchair users/pushchairs. When you get lower down there aren't barriers for the cliff edges so beware with young children. Carparks are pay and display and cars do get checked for tickets. Well worth a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing place. The birds were an incredible sight to see. Saw my first puffins first chough and baby Gulls. The views are incredible. There are 400 steps to walk down which means 400 to walk back up so be mindful that it can be quite strenuous. I had a tour of the lighthouse which is charged I think around £9 but was worth it( just be mindful that to get to the top of the lighthouse there are some vertical stairs which are a tight squeeze). Beautiful place easy to find. Cafe and toilets on site

It's always great to visit. But it's becoming more popular over the years. The cafe car park can be full if it is park in the lower rspb car park and walk up the coastal path towards the watch tower.

From there you can get a great view of south stack and it's a small climb to the cafe facilities.

Absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend the walk if you are able. There are several car parks dotted around. If you want a bit of a coastal walk to get to the light House park further away, if you'd rather just see south stack you can park right above it. Plenty of options and we'll worth a visit. It's a beauty! Great cafe nearby too.

There is a visitors centre and car park here offering easy access to the South Stack Lighthouse and surrounding area.

Entry and parking is free for RSPB members although a small fee is charged during opening hours for non-members.

We visited outside opening hours and were able to park for free to enjoy the views and local wildlife. We had a beautiful view of the sunset and would certainly come back here again.

Gorgeous views. 50 percent of the terrain to explore would be comfortable for most people. Even if one can't reach all the viewing zones, the views are breathtaking. A lot of cars come in, parking sometimes vould get tight.

What a stunning scenery here! Lots of steps to get in there but it is definitely worth it. Always mind your step everywhere and be careful. Also there is a nice cafe. Lovely place to relax after some hectic times.

Randomly popped here whilst exploring Holyhead and the west coast (we stay near Benlech) absolutely stunning, and also extremely windy, RSPB site, staffed by real enthusiasm and knowledge 👍🏻 just don't get too close to the edge 😲🤞😂 we didn't go over to the light house, the path looked like it may bring on a heart attack, so took a swerve this time, maybe attempt it when we come back 💪😆😆🤷

Well worth a visit. Spent about 3 hours here. Saw puffins. Strenuous walk to the lighthouse and excellent views from the top. Lovely cafe too.

Stunning views of the lighthouse and surrounding coast. Lots of steps here to navigate but nothing too difficult. There are plenty of places to stop and rest on the way down/up. It's worth paying the money to visit the lighthouse where you can get more spectacular views. The on-site cafe is also nice. Good place to get a slice of cake after walking all those steps.
