Brilliant. I can't praise RJS enough.
They were efficient, courteous, polite and very professional. John and Chris did the move - lovely guys, very easy to deal with. They knew what they were doing and inspired confidence throughout. The whole move - and it was a long day for them, a long-distance haul - went through without a hitch.
More than that, RJS were competitively priced.
I will certainly be using them again, without hesitation and a with great deal of confidence, for a second and bigger move in a few months time.
Generally I am shamefully bad at bothering to write reviews - but this one was definitely worth posting, because it was so well deserved.

From my first contact with Richard to our moving days RJS were fabulous. On the main moving day the team of 5 led by Marcus were brilliant. The move was for my Mum who is elderly and recently bereaved. The guys were sensitive, efficient and kind and made a very difficult day go very smoothly. There was great banter between them which helped us all to calm down !
Two days later Marcus and Trey helped me with a second move and again were fabulous.
Thank you to everyone at RJS - a really professional company and I thoroughly recommend them.

Genuine 5-star service from Richard and Steve, assisting us with the heavier/more awkward items on our short but busy move from Kidlington to Ardley. They took great care of our furniture, including glass display units, & even shifted a few extra items that would fit nicely on their van, saving us the strain later! Would definitely recommend!

Richard and the team were fantastic - very professional removals service at a great price. They were happy to deal with our hard to access property, and have an excellent storage facility based in Abingdon.

Mark and his team were excellent from start to finish, while being extremely accommodating and flexible. We had a big move from Oxfordshire to Derbyshire over 2 days, with a full packing service. Nothing was too much effort and the team worked tirelessly on both days to get the job done. The customer service and responsiveness from Richard was also perfect throughout, too. I really cannot recommend RJS enough!!

I would strongly recommend anyone needing removal services employ RJS Removals. Rich and his team were superb. Through a long and drawn out lead up to exchange (during the busy stamp duty holiday) Rich provided me with clear and informative communication. I knew immediately our move was in safe hands. On the day the performance of his team was flawless. They had our flat safely emptied and loaded up in no time at all. They took lots of care and attention with the disassembling and reassembling of our furniture - in some cases it was put back together into a better condition than it original was in! I also had a lot of expensive electronics which they ensured were safe and protected. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I knew in the area who needed movers.
Don't bother comparing them to others around - just book them up now!

Excellent packing and removal service: friendly, fair and extremely efficient. When my house sale completion date changed, Rich was really flexible and changed date with no quibble. They made sure that I was happy with where boxes/furniture was positioned before leaving. They were also were more than happy to return to collect cardboard boxes a week later. They worked well as a team. Their years of experience really showed and so I felt confident that they knew exactly how to approach the job - just one less thing to worry about at a stressful time! RJS gave us an excellent packing and removal service in our move from Oxford to Abingdon. Richard and the team provided a very professional, reliable and friendly service, and despite not getting our keys from the solicitors unit late they stayed and make sure we eventually got settled in that night, even sorting out the heating! Our house was large with a lot of furniture and contents, everything was packed properly and there was no damage or breakage at all. They also handled a difficult access issue without any problems and we can thoroughly recommend every aspect of their service. Used RJS for our move from Abingdon to Brixham in Devon. Fantastic service! Rich was very helpful in assessing our removal needs, providing a quote and responding to our needs. Rich, along with Shaun and Steve loaded our belongings on the first day completed the load on the second then drove to Brixham and unloaded. They we all very friendly, took care of our belongings and nothing seemed to much trouble.

Can’t fault them. RGS arrived on time and did a fantastic job of clearing our house, despite the multiple flights of stairs (sorry guys!) They were polite, professional and our house was packed up quickly. They went above and beyond when putting the furniture into our new house for us. I’ve recently moved from Oxford to Edinburgh with RJS removals and I couldn’t have asked for a better service! Rich was clear and quick to respond throughout the booking process. He helped us work out the right size van and number of boxes (spot on). They were incredibly flexible when we were struggling to find our new home and had to change to a storage container at short notice. On the day, even after a long and slow drive to Edinburgh and unloading into a tight storage container, the guys were kind, helpful and had a great sense of humour.

For me, the best thing was that I completely trusted RJS removals and they just took the stress out of moving across the country.
