Excellent. So impressed with the customer service I got there , and it was that that made my mind up to purchase. Had an awful experience buying a scooter direct from pure electric ( don’t waste your money there , the scooters are faulty on delivery and that company couldn’t care less and are APPALLING to deal with ) then went to Halfords dishearten because of this but two guys customer service there was outstanding so I purchased a scooter from there and because of them . Well done guys , a very happy customer. I hope your bosses see this because you deserve all credit .

Just want to say what an excellent job Chantelle did today at Bridgwater Halfords. I had booked what I thought was a free tire check at the autocentre but went there and they had no record of it, so they sent me to Halfords store. Despite being seemingly low staffed and them also not having record of my booking, she offered to do a free 10 point check as part of my membership package, which she did thoroughly and effectively. Her positive attitude and willingness to do more than she needed to do is worthy of praise and was appreciated.

SUPER SERVICE TODAY. Not only was it a typically busy Sunday but I was seen very quickly, registration checked, new rear wiper blade found and then fitted instantly and easily by Grace and finally a quick, friendly and helpful Fran on check out where all in all it was fantastic value too. Thoroughly recommended.

Fran was great, she greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and helped me look for a product. I showed her a picture of what I wanted on my phone and she knew exactly where it was, she unlocked the glass cabinet and took it to the till for me and rang it through. I'm very happy with my new flex head advanced ratchet spanner set. Thanks Fran.

On Tuesday 2nd January 2024 I took my VW beetle in to Halfords Shop in Bridgwater to get my headlights changed.
I had to wait a long time to be served and was told there was a half hour wait due to only one mechanic in store.
I decided to do my shopping and return later.
On my return I had a shorter wait as there were now two mechanics.
I was duly served and went to my car with the young man to be told he couldn't change my lights because the side panel would need to come off.
I asked what to do and he said "take it to a garage"...
I decided to take it to Halfords garage Bridgwater and see if they could help.
I was greeted by a very helpful man in reception and after telling him my situation, he and another mechanic told me that there was no need to take the panel off and that I had been misinformed.
They then told me to pull my car in the garage and they would look at it there and then.
It took two men to sort out what wasn't an easy job in my opinion but they did it to my absolute relief.
I then went to pay, to be told, " its on us, happy new year, just drop in some biscuits when you are next passing".

I was absolutely blown away by these mens utter kindness and respect for a woman desperate and not knowing what to do.
They were calm, polite and so understanding and made me feel comfortable in surroundings that can feel overwhelming for alot of women.
Unbeknown to them, I had had a rerrible day and needed my lights fixed ASAP as I drive dark lanes as a carer in the community.
They made me feel safe to go to work again.

I am so grateful ( so I took in biscuits) to these men and I feel strongly that they need praise from their managers and hierarchy within the Halfords establishment.

Well done my Halfords angels and thankyou again from me.

Excellent service I booked a time slot for bulbs and windscreen wiper replacement the person who did it was Excellent and explained about different options I could have for my car and was in and out in less than twenty minutes

Fran the customer service assistant and the colleague who replaced my bulb in car lights were very professional and quick In dealing with the car issue very courteous and keeping us up to date after a short wait thanks very much

Great advice from Tim who uses the stands explaining how the Halfords repair stand would support the weight (24kg) and model of my Ebike keeping one wheel on the ground. Very stable and surprisingly well made for the low price.

My thanks to the team at Bridgwater Halfords for looking after my needs. I have always had good service from them, which has mostly been for my annual MOT and air conditioning service only, as all maintenance on my Renault is carried out by myself; it was my original trade. The lady on the checkout was really helpful and kind. She pointed me where to find what I needed, I came to the till and paid. I have a walking stick and was having a bad day. She insisted on carrying my shopping to my car, such a kind person.

Beat place to visit, all bicycles parts are available in very cheap price, I will advise shoppers to visit once.

Had to rush in for a weService mid 6-hour journey and was in and out within half an hour! Thank you for your help Fran and team, would recommend.

Ordered what I needed online and collected as soon as I could get to the store the following day, with the knowledge my needs would be fulfilled when I got there. Much prefer to do this than order in line when I need something by a specific time as your not in the hands of the courier gods !!

What a fabulous team! I walked in with an exchange (my mistake not Halfords) and the staff could not be more friendly and polite, a genuine pleasure. I think the lady that served me was Chantelle and I’m sorry super helpful polite chap, by the time I wrote this I had forgotten your name, bearded chap, super helpful.
All in all the team should be justifiably pleased with themselves with their approach to customer care and Halfords pleased with the way the staff represent the company, simply A+++++
