Mason was knowledgeable, punctual and effective over three visits. The fees were clear and well explained. Very pleased with the service received.

Highly recommend, had a rat causing havoc in the kitchen, Mason arrived the same day of calling and located a redundant drain pipe under the kitchen floor subsequently letting rats in from the sewer. He fit a non return valve the same day to prevent any new rats coming in and set some bits up inside to deal with anything already in. Very professional and polite throughout the whole process, thank you!

I had two wasp nests so two visits, both from Mason.
I found the company on the Internet and emailed them and had a very prompt reply from them, and Mason, who arranged an appointment immediately.
On each occasion Mason arrived on time, he was polite and answered all my questions. He explained the process very clearly and definitely gave me confidence.
When he'd finished the job he told me what to expect but said if I had any concerns to contact him and he would come back to check.
Luckily I didn't need to call him back but knowing that put my mind at rest.
A professional, prompt and thorough job well done, I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Really good service, came out the same day, did a quick survey and pinpointed the problem straight away, after first treatment all visible signs had gone, after second no more sounds in the roof and walls. The issue was the drains being used to get into the house, got them to fit their own steel no return valve to stop anymore visits so hopefully that's the end of the problem. Very professional the whole time and answered all my questions.

Excellent service, I decided on a 3 visit treatment as we had rats running around in our cavity walls. The holes was blocked and we are now rat free, I would highly recommend!
