Tesco Extra

Massive store. They have a large range of items. I love the new paperchase section. The staff are normally friendly and helpful. The shelves are always well stocked. They are always quick to put out the seasonal items. There is a reduced item section to the right of the store that you can find some big discounts in. The bakery isn’t my favourite of the supermarkets but it’s nice enough. Never too big of a queue at the tills. The store is fairly accessible.

Tesco has a great selection of products and I find it nicely organised. Not many bargains but I choose to do my weekly shopping there as I can find all the products I need for making my Greek and English dishes. Not cheap on detergents and cleaning products so I usually shop those from Savers in town.

Biiiiiiiiiiggggg Tescooooooooo! Josh brunt! A man? A myth? A legend? All 3! Always helps me out! Come here when I am with friends and soul searching! (Or when they’re selling gnomes)

This is not unlike any other Tesco store.

It's clean, has a good range of products, is usually well stocked, nicely laid out, clean and tidy, helpful staff, good range of facilities, a self service petrol station and a large carpark.

It is easy to get to and access, has both disabled and mother and toddler parking, access, and facilities.

Also has a cafe, bureau de change, clothing section, and household items.

It's a good store and consequently popular .

Decent sized extra without it being an overwhelming experience. Never use it myself but has scan as you shop and a cafe upstairs alongside a clothing department and Tesco mobile store.

I was with my friend buying ingredients for dinner and met Sue who was lovely enough to help us buy the best products for the meal we were making and also we had a lovely chat afterwards. Great customer service, would definitely recommend 😁.

Nice, big store with plenty of homewares and other items.

So impressed with Tesco Ilkeston. Shopping yesterday with my Mum, and when putting the shopping in the boot I must have put a bag down on the ground. Unpacked my Mums shopping at her home in Chaddesden and realised I had a bag missing of my shopping! I really didn’t think I would get it back as I had parked part way down the car park on the edge. Just thought that was it and my cold stuff had gone :(. I decided to drive back to Ilkeston Tesco on the off chance the bag had been handed in. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to customer service. The bag had been handed in which looks like one of the trolley staff picked it up. The store emptied the bag and put the items back. All I had to do was walk round the store to pick up the items again. THANKS SO MUCH to the honest person that took the trouble to hand in at the customer service. Staff very helpful at the desk.

Huge Tesco, amazing variety, diverse services available, super close to home. Tesco is a brand I ❤

I love Tesco. Always go and shop there. Most staff are polite and happy to help. Not always fully stocked though. Don't do some foods I like have to go to Iceland for them like Princes Stewed steak they only have their own brand, don't have Heinz man n cheese or spag bol but have their own brand. But otherwise a great shopping stop.

Came in here yesterday, was looking for 4 pint of milk they didn't have my the one i needed. I asked a member of staff, and he done no more then went into the back and fetched me what I needed. Hes was extremely helpful and polite. They've got some lovely staff. I'd like to thanks Ben for helping me yesterday, you're a credit to the store.

Didn't have to queue on a Saturday at Tesco Ilkeston scan & go. "Every little helps!"

Good for a quick shop just for bits

Big store and big car park. Brilliant selection of fred and florence clothes. Good mobile phones shop. Books magazine and good home wares too. Good range of electrical stuff . Virtually what ever you want food and drink including gluten free and Vegan foods too. Friendly staff too.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. The store is very well set out downstairs and up. You can use either a till, scan yourself or scan as you shop. Although it's always busy I have never had to wait long to be served . I would recommend this store to my friends .
