We bought a 6 seater rattan dining set. Great delivery and the product is very comfortable. We had a small issue with a couple of cushions that have been swiftly dealt with. Customer service is top notch and I would recommend without hesitation this company for price and value and comfort!

Ordered a patio set from Harts directly.
The service and communication was excellent, delivery was on time, on the date I selected.
It was curb side only, but this was not a problem. Informed about delivery around 1 hour prior.

Found a slightly damaged patio support pole on arrival, contacted customer service, who arranged a replacement to be delivered a few days later.

Excellent service and so pleased with the quality of the furniture! We needed something to fit our small garden so bought the cube rattan set with seating for 8 people - its beautiful, really well made and comfortable. Easy to put together and delivery was quick and efficient. We were missing a set of bolts for the table and Eric at Harts was really quick in sending out replacements special delivery - so impressed. Great value for money and stylish.

I spent a very long time online researching garden rattan sofa sets. Every time I thought I had found the perfect set there existed an issue such as delivery date, colour, price or bad reviews. Then I stumbled on Harts Furniture. I can honestly say if you are in any doubt like I was, please don't hesitate to use this company: their communication was excellent, the price was way better than my expectation and the product actually arrived earlier than expected which suited us as we are able to use it on an unexpectedly sunny Friday evening with friends. I am beyond impressed with the product and buying experience. After moving house and having to build literally every single piece of furniture we bought so far it was delightfully refreshing to not have to construct this item. Cushions are reassuringly thicker than most furniture of this type and the whole set up is just luxurious comfort. 10/10 would definitely use this company again.

Purchased premium cube dining set as a gift; a little more expensive than some on the internet, but pleased i paid the extra.
Arrived on time at a relatively remote location.
Very happy with the service and more importantly the quality of the furniture. The slightly larger table a distinct benefit.
Received an extra "thicker" cushion rather than a "thinner" one, hardly an issue! .

Perfect furniture, delivery was fast. The day after my order I was contacted regarding delivery dates. They delivered on time. I called harts because I had a few questions and they were very helpful. Furniture is amazing quality. I have been shopping the past month and looked in all the garden centres. This is much better quality.

I recently bought the Denver Oak Extending Leaf Dining Table and as someone who insists on value for my hard-earned cash, I'm very impressed with the quality and attention to detail, so much so that I went ahead and ordered the Premium Solid Oak sideboard to go with it and again a top quality piece of furniture, with beautiful graining (and I'm a notoriously difficult person to please). You can tell this piece of furniture has had time, care and attention taken in the manufacturing process.

The unit was very easy to assemble, unlike some furniture, where you need a an engineering degree to work out the instructions.

Quick and on time delivery, my dining room looks absolutely stunning!

We purchased the cubed dinning set last month. Kept informed of the scheduled delivery slot. Delivery driver brought the package right up to our property and left it at the gate.
Very polite and helpful, and the cubed furniture set is very comfortable, robust and a great purchase.

Quality of furniture is fantastic. The delivery company were saying they might not make it to me. Hart's did everything they could to make sure I got my furniture on the day. I even had s call from the owner. Fantastic service and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Really happy 😄

Love the cube dining set I bought from Harts! Can’t wait for nicer weather so it can really come into it’s own - will be great for summer bbq’s. The protective cover is high quality so I’m not worried about the furniture and it’s great for my small garden since it all fits together when I’m not using it. Very happy with this dining set and have recommended it to all my friends.

Hunted high and low for high quality, reasonably priced outdoor furniture, and these guys fit the bill. Ordered, kept in the loop with the progress, given a choice of delivery dates, and they kept to it. The furniture is superb as well, absolutely love it. I wish more online retailers were this good.
