Telephoned to inquire about a Vintage guitar gig bag, nothing was to much trouble, for Zebra Muzik, the store tried a dreadnought guitar in the gig bag for me and proceeded to give me the internal measurements which were not on the manufacturers website or any listings. I had full confidence in completing the purchase at 4.00pm and things got even better when the gig bag arrived next day. Zebra Muzik puts some of the big dealers to shame. I will be back for future purchases 10./10

After 23 years I took my old acoustic in for a set up and restring, and the workmanship was spot on.
Rob is an absolute fountain of knowledge, and most importantly, I was made to feel welcome, relaxed, and unpressured by both Rob and his son when browsing.

I visited to enquire about the price of guitars, the staff were so friendly and helpful I bought one there and then. They offered to restring it the first time it needs it and show me how to do it for myself on future occasions. They were also helping a guy who had bought a bass guitar from somewhere else but it needed adjusting.
