Wish there was an IKEA closer to where I live, but there you go. The car park was quite full, thought it would be a bit emptier on a Monday, actual store wasn't to full. Restaurant was quite busy, but not too long a wait to get served. Lady at the check out was very helpful and polite. We managed to get what we wanted without any problem, my wife says the prices where very good for the quality of the rugs and other bits we bought. Happy customers.

I really enjoy shopping at this place. The only downside for me is that around 2 PM, you have to drive around the parking lot for a few minutes to find a parking spot.

good place to visit if you want to shop for everything from sports wear to a new sofa and if you want to make a day of it there is plenty of choices for lunch or dinner to break the shopping up. There is plenty of parking on sight so you will always get a space, just bare in mind that it can get really busy on Bank holidays and weekends

Love a good trip to ikea. Love the vegan hot dog too! And they have so much more new food products in which are really tasty.

A well-managed collection of stores, ranging from IKEA to SCS to Marks and Spencer, among a host of others. Parking seemed fine, wasn't much of a hassle. I have no complaints about the park itself, truthfully speaking.

I hope that my readers don't think I frivolously dish out 5 stars here & there ..because I don't. 5 stars must be earned and I have a whole list of criteria that must be achieved before I award each star.

Giltbrook Shopping Centre hosts some good stores. IKEA, M&S, Starbucks, TGI Friday, Sports Direct & more ...unfortunately there is the gaping wound of Wilko that was - their store occupied a huge site that now must be filled. Perhaps GSC could keep visitors up to date with prospects? Or hold events to drum up footfall & suggest (even invite?) prospects to these events? You could have bouncy castles, bungee jump, some basic fairground rides, a flight simulator ... and hold a lottery with maybe a £5000 prize on offer settled immediately after the event concludes. You could encourage your tenants to participate by them offering let's say a donation of 50p for every sale over £10 to a charity chosen by your footfall in the same way that Sainsburys democratically select their good causes each cycle?

Giltbrook Shopping Centre successfully delivers a hosting experience that has become an intrinsic part of this community. Numbers generated on weekdays & weekends are simply dwarfed on special occasions & Bank Holidays. Thus, bringing cash rich customers to the site and supporting tenants with popular house hold names make fortunes every day. Hopefully Giltbrook itself see a measure of this revenue streamed back into public works, highways, policing etc.

Keep up the hard work Giltbrook Shopping Centre!

They now have Marks & Spencer's!

Nice friendly place, decent variety of shops and free parking. Most people are social distancing and wearing masks. Shops are doing well to adapt.

Wonderful experience. This center is large, so prepare for some walking if you do not know what you are looking for upfront. Parking is large, but will get full on 'special' shopping days.
Eateries & wash rooms are available.

Nice shopping park, plenty of parking spaces, even have an underground car park. Could get busy in the weekend and they have staff to direct the traffic when busy. Very clean place.

Nice shopping area. Plenty of parking. Keep an eye on the shop closing times as not all of them are open until 9pm

Still being refurbished... Will be glad when it's finished. Still an enjoyable visit. Must say the temporary restaurant had been beautifully done and efficiently run. Well done Ikea... thumbs up from me.

Plenty of parking space, a variety of shopping stores and restaurants. Always fond of visiting there and ikea would be the highlight of it! Quite sad to see Wilko not functioning anymore.

Can get very busy at peak times, but if you head over after work on a weekday, it's pretty quiet. You can have some dinner at Ikea and browse in comfort. You'll even manage to get a parking space too!
