Excellent to see this shop in Ilkeston on my door step, saves me loads of time not having to go over to Giltbrook retail park. In the few times I've used the premises the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have used Screwfix for a number of years, we now use the one in Ilkeston whenever we need DIY equipment and tools. Opening hours are so convenient as they stay open till 08:30 pm. We ordered at 07:00 pm and can collect the radiators before mid-day. Prices are more than reasonable. The service we received was second to none helpful, polite, knowledgeable and so professional.

Outstanding customer service, if not in stock they will have it tomorrow for you what more could you ask for, amazing prices

First time in this store for work I normally use one closer to home. It’s great to see that staff moral is high clearly great leadership. Polite friendly nothing too much trouble I might take more jobs this way now that there’s help on hand

Very convenient. Click and collect is superb and saves a lot of time. Great range in stock for instant collection. It helps that their Ilkeston shop is half a mile from me. Staff are great as well.

Phenomenal service by Julie today and the other lovely lady, they both went over and above to ensure I got the items and needed and ensuring my puppy was safe, can’t recommended these two ladies enough

Always plenty of staff working so quick service. Helpful, couldn't ask for more really. Plus they even welcome your pets with a bowl of water outside 🐾

I have only used the click and collect service but that is very efficient with your items typically being ready for collection within a few minutes.
They stock a good range of quality products.

Convenient and helpful staff make this a useful shop for the non professional. I knew roughly what I wanted and could have got it wrong, a little help and guidance went a long way. On my visit I found the staff cheerful and approachable, fantastic.

Best DIY store in the Midlands! Huuuuge range of items & the app is a doddle to use. Click & collect works really well. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere.

Top service from the staff. But please go back to click and collect only as I had to wait for 10mins to collect my order due to 3 people ordering instore and not knowing what they wanted. 3 being served. 4 waiting inside and 3 waiting outside in the rain

Great store with great staff. Always carry a large amount of items in stock and can get items they dont have in store delivered fast!

Allways happy with the service at screwfix ordered online available to collected 6 minutes later. Arrived and they had the item on the counter ready for me quick in and out job thanks alot 🙂🙂

Easy to buy online for in-store pickup or just walk in. Seem mostly have what I want or be able to get it within 24hrs.
