Had the banquet meal for four people. Absolutely fabulous food. Freshly prepared, tasty, generous and well presented.

Beautiful food as always from this hidden gem in Ilkeston. Great service from all staff especially Dave who looked after us from start to finish. Chicken sesame toast for starter was a first for me and was excellent. Bought home a box of Pad Thai as the portion size was too big for one sitting!

A wonderful visit to Emma's Thai, superb food, friendly staff and authentic atmosphere. Can't wait to return soon 5*

Always love this place. Food is amazing, especially the prawn toast. We often get takeaway and eat in when we can.

Wow what a little gem of a restaurant. The decor is dated but has a warm charm. A very friendly welcome from a charismatic front of house and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and authentic and all home made. Well worth the travel time from Nottingham/Derby... you won't be disappointed.

Excellent Thai restaurant, visited whilst away for weekend, great menu choice, we chose a buffet meal of five courses, great flavours, very well presented, all staff friendly and service levels excellent, very busy last night but owner had time to share with all. Ambience, food and folk just brilliant 🥰

rang last night to book birthday meal for my fella, wasn't sure what to order, the gentleman on the phone was incredibly helpful, we ordered a 5 course banquet for two people. collected the food and it was out of this world!!!! even my fella was impressed!!! when we have takeouts he is so hard to please!!! would definitely recommend and will look forward to the restaurant being open again, so we can enjoy a sit down meal x

Really spicy good Tom Yum soup, fantastic.
My pineapple and prawn curry with rice was delicious and flavoursome, a really nice meal.

Been to a few Thai restaurants around Nottingham and this is definitely a good one. Really nice food and good selection. Nice environment and staff were friendly if a little stressed. Was quite busy when we went and its only a small place so I think there's only one chef. This led to some delays and a small error with our order but this was sorted out promptly. Overall recommended.

Have been before. Excellent food . The Chef makes superb quality meals. Very friendly and attentive staff . On our last visit ,we had called in at 9pm on the off chance of getting a table for 6. Thankfully there was room and the staff were prepared to cook for us at short notice. We had been let down at the nearby Durham ox , where we had waited for an hour without a starter order being taken. So we left. Emma's Thai restaurant didn't let us down and cooked fresh meals which were delicious. Highly recommended.

Green curry is a must to try!

Went on a Friday night with friends and I must say we had a wonderful time. Food was lovely and cooked to perfection. The staff are so polite and professional nothing is too much trouble. Recommend this place to everybody. Fantastic!!

A lovely little restaurant. Food was delicious. Staff were lovely, friendly and attentive. Every dish we had was full of flavour. Even our friend who had never tried Thai enjoyed it. So glad we visited, will be back.
