John knew exactly how to deal with the problems with the roof on my circa-1935 property, and the team arrived fully-prepared. I was impressed with John’s knowledge and insight, even before they started the work. Once they arrived, they worked quickly and efficiently to rectify the problems I had, and I was kept fully-informed on their progress. The work was carried-out on budget/quote, and in the timescale they promised. I couldn’t be happier. Finding true professionals who can deliver these days is difficult. Weatherproof Maintenance were quick to respond with a site visit and subsequently getting work underway to repair my leaking roof. The repair work has been done to a high standard (and been well tested since) with frequent site visits from John during the job being done. I am very satisfied from the initial call to the completion of the work, which took three days, and the people involved. As an added confidence the work is guaranteed for five years. Well done

John and his team did an excellent job in Preston New Longton within 48 hours since I contacted the him in Feb 2024. Very professional level work was carried out. My lead flashing and dormer needed replacing on the roof and based on the pics I sent John 24 hours before, it was a 1 day job and they completed with a professional touch. John and his team have been great! We needed one new and one replacement roof window, and the slates checking over. The drone John used showed up damage to the roof we couldn't see from the ground! Thankfully before the damage to the rest of the house became too bad. They installed a much needed membrane and managed to reuse a lot of our existing slates which has kept our house looking the way we wanted. His team were always on time and did a good tidy job. Nothing was too much trouble and John has been great with his after care, taking my calls and answering any questions I had even after the job was completed. I would recommend them to anyone!

Can’t fault John and his team. Very quick to get hold of him and then stayed in communicatIon throughout. Managed to fit us in the day after I spoke to him to come and survey and gave a reasonable quote for what we needed.

Work was planned for the following week but he managed to fit us in even sooner!

Found some problems on the day but managed to find a solution to them and get the job done on the day. Gave us options to fix the problem and didn’t just try to flog us a whole new roof! But when the time comes, we’ll give Weatherproof Maintenance a call.

John and his team were first class. They came at short notice to provide a quote which was excellent value for a re roof. On the day of the quote he even phoned me twice to say he was stuck in traffic but would be with me soon which was a lovely touch . We accepted the quote and John and his team were able to start quickly which was brilliant as we had water coming through the ceiling. John kept us informed regularly of what work was being done and provided full photos showing us the different parts to the job that were completed. He is a lovely guy and so is his team and can 100% recommend him and his team. They have done an excellent job.

Great work and lovely company. Chimney stack needed repointing. Contacted Weatherproof and they came to see me and gave me a good quote. Work finished in 4 days and the guys kept the place clean and tidy and watertight. Very pleased.

John has done two roofing jobs and both have been excellent.
