Served by Kerry, Steph and Alisha, knew their stuff and really lovely. I have tourettes so a little nervous going into shops and they put me right at ease. Definitely recommend.

Good staff. Helpful and not pushy to try to make the sale. Offered different options of phones and didn't try to push for the most expensive.

It was my gf who was asking for advice and she received first class service from a young lady who worked there.. They had plenty of choice for new phones but only downside was ALL contracts are a minimum of 3 years. I love 02 because of all the extra benefits ie Free Cinema tickets on Sunday or Monday and all the offers on the App..

Staff were pleasant and helpful,very knowledgeable bout the products,left to browse without being hassled,quiet time mid morning,well sited 1st floor of prestons bullring which has plenty of parking and a multitude of shops and cafe,easy access to high street shops,cafe bars.

Staff very helpful even if they didn't get a sale, still happy to sit down and explain the process to do what my son needed

I’m not really one to leave a review but my recent experience here was just so great I had to say something.
I was looking for some AirPods. I visited the Preston shop a couple of times before a member of staff offered to write down my name and number and ring me when there was some in stock. This was on a Monday if I remember correctly. Then, the same week on Thursday I got a call saying there will be some in stock on the following Monday.
On Monday I went in during my lunch break. Turns out it’s still a couple of weeks until they’re back in stock but this member of staff arranged a single pair to be delivered from a different O2 shop just for me. He had put it aside. I was absolutely amazed. Never has another customer service person gone such an extra mile for me.
If the name on the receipt is the sales assistant’s name then it’s Suleman. It definitely started with an S (I’m terrible with names, sorry).
Honestly, best customer service I’ve ever gotten. Amazing. I hope this gets passed on to him.

Happy with the service VS the cost. Good customer services knowledgeable staff with gurus on hand for technical enquiries.

Have a range of products and services to suit customer's needs business, domestic, pay as you go, contracted services, devices and mobile broadband from independent customer equipment e.g. LTE independent router.

Brilliant staff who are more than welcoming and eager to help with your intended purchase.

The older staff are well informed and approachable. No hard sell genuinely feel I got the right product for me rather than the most expensive they could sell me.

I've been with O2 for 15yrs and will not change networks for gold nuggets. Ther maybe cheaper options but cheaper means cheap service. Keep doin wot u do best O2.😁👍
