Called for lunch during what must be the busiest week of the year during the scarecrow festival. Friendly, efficient service - food all cooked to order and to perfection. A real pleasure to dine here 👍🏻

What a great place to spend an hour or so. I went when they had the hotrods and classic bikes visiting and loved it. The tea room is excellent, OK it's on the pricey side but as an occasional treat what the hell eh. The lemon muffins were proper yummy and on top of that the sun was belting down. A great day at a really lovely place, recommended 👍

We visited as part of our car club weekend and were thrilled to arrive and see a banner welcoming our club, plus an area set aside for us to park and display the cars.
We quickly headed into the cafe and had some lovely sausage rolls, cakes and drinks. All in all a really lovely way to end our social weekend

Brilliant place!!! Visited during super busy Scarecrows Festival and loved this place. Service was quick, food delicious and staff very accommodating! Other eateries could learn a lot from these guys... we will definitely be back!

We didn't have a tea, but a great evening out in the Classic Car event. Beautiful cars, nice atmosphere and it's a regular gathering between April- September once a month. I would definitely recommend this place for classical car lovers. 🏎🏍

Loved it here, we sat for hours. Lovely walk with the dogs and down to the river.
Definitely visiting the cafe, garden shop and surrounding area again!

Sunday gone, about 30 of us descended upon the cafe. Food was excellent, service was excellent, couldn't have asked for more. All of us made to feel so welcome. Heartily recommended.

Absolutely lovely cafe and shop. Great choice of items on the menu and all very reasonably priced. Staff are all friendly and welcoming and efficient. Lovely gifts are available to purchase from the shop and also homegrown plants from the nursery. It's all very well run and organised to the highest standards. Ample parking is available on site. Well worth a visit. I will definitely go again.

My first visit to the tearooms whilst visiting family. What a hidden gem. The food was delicious and between us all we had meat and potato pie, panini, fish and chips, lemon meringue pie, chocolate cake and vanilla slice all absolutely beautiful. You can just come for a coffee and a cake as many did whilst we were there. The service was excellent and staff so friendly. Outside there is ample parking with a small shop and garden centre, play area for the children and both inside and outside dog friendly. Look forward to returning. Thank you so much.

Best bike night, last one of the season sadly ..thunderin combustion engines old and new, beer and hog roast all in the most beautiful and picturesque surroundings. Not the place for your politically correct vegan millennial!

OMG, what a wee gem of a place and it serves Illy coffee.... to die for.... found this on Sunday great wee place. Food amazing, staff amazing. A must if your in the area. We just got there when a party of 40 arrived (pre booked)... there was no flapping, the staff just carried on and got everyone served and still had time to chat. Then we went back for s second coffee. Nothing was a bother. The cakes looked amazing, will try them next time. Highly recommended.
