Excellent service!
David who fitted my light bulbs was very friendly and super helpful. In fact the whole team went above and beyond even checking an additional light for me as requested at no extra cost.

I visited in the evening after noticing a headlight bulb needed replacing.
Only about a 2 min wait and both bulbs fixed, tested and sorted for £30.
Excellent store and very large car park. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I don’t normally write reviews. But I feel David at the Hinckley store deserves some recognition. I arrived at the store just before closing and David couldn’t help enough. He was friendly, helpful and genuine. David talked me through the options on replacing my wife’s car battery and fitted it, even though the store was about to close. Top man. Top Service.

I had the BEST customer service I’ve had in a long time from a lovely girl called Emily in store today!
She was SO helpful and nothing was too much trouble! I had a voucher to use and she made sure I got the right accessories I needed for my bike and made sure I made use of all discounts available to me that I didn’t know I had to get the most out of the voucher!
I bought some lights for the bike and she even put the batteries in them and attached them to the bike for me - she got a colleague to carry the bike out and put it in my car for me and she was just so attentive and patient!
She’s an absolute asset to your company and I walked out thinking what an amazing experience I’d just had with her :)

Ordered a baby car seat online and collected today. One of the staff fitted it for us and showed us how to use it. Quick friendly efficient service . Very pleased we chose to get this from Halfords

The service at Halfords today was great, David came out as soon as we parked in the bay and fixed the break light really quickly, he also told me about getting a 10 point check and recommend joining the driving club. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service.

I had a chip in my windscreen, I went and parked up, I had Tommy work on my car, he was really good, he told me what he was doing, he was polite and had a friendly manner, he also checked my tyres, really good service, would recommend.

I needed a headlight bulb changing and Jonny was the very helpful member of staff that helped me choose what I needed and fitted 2 new bulbs, he also checked the oil and tyre pressure in the tyre's. Its the first time I've needed to get advice and help and I would definitely go back and recommend Halfords.

I went to Halford over a week ago to get my number plate done as I had lost mine in the floods in Wales. I want to say it was Nathan or Mick with blonde hair slim and had piercings who serverd me was outstanding. His customer skills were brilliant. What a lovely man could not do enough to help and his nature was just so nice....I would give more stars if I could and the other man at the till that evening was lovely and polite as well. Well done Halford. What a fine bunch of employees you have definitely deserve a bonus at Christmas!!!!!! Anything to do with my car I will always go to Halford!!!! Thank you!!!!

After coming to the decision of selling my daughter's gifted bike, due to mechanical issues making it unsafe for her to ride confidently. I was happily reassured with the guidance and technical acumen that Matt J gave me to not repair it but sell it back to Halfords from whence it came, and purchase a pre-loved bike in store through a part exchange program they offer. They took all the bits off the old bike that I had added on for my daughter and packaged it all up for me. However, I was upset to find that all the bolts and accessories to remount them with were missing. This was not an issue for Matt J! He had found almost all the missing parts and even rumaged around in the spares box for me to complete the task of remounting it all. So very impressed and greatly touched for Matt J to have gone the extra mile for me and my daughter. Not only have we now got a safe and road worthy bike (plus it is so much lighter than the old one, even my daughter can lift it!), that has been thoroughly checked over and mot'd, but it also came with all the bells and whistles and an added discount applied to boot (thanks for delivering the good news Steven on closing the deal for me). Christmas has come early! Can't wait to go cycling now with my daughter. Happy days after a mega shopping experience filled with expertise, insight, sound advice to make the right decisions and a joy to go through the highs and lows with Matt J. Thanks again, take care.

Booked an appointment for a battery change in my car. Despite the foul weather, it was carried out cheerfully, quickly and efficiently.
