This place was recommended by a friend so we booked for breakfast for my daughters birthday treat. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly team member & shown to our table. The drinks & food arrived quickly and was delicious. After food the children went outside to play, £3 for an hour each. The play area was great so much for the kids to do and play on. After playing we had an ice cream and drink before leaving. So much choice, it was hard to choose a flavour.
Overall we had a great day. The restaurant is clean & tidy and every staff member we came by was pleasant & helpful.
We will definitely be back soon.

This place never disappoints and that’s something that can’t be said for a lot of places.

Smells amazing from hitting the car park, to walking inside and being wowed by the decor and the friendly welcome from the staff.

Menu is fantastic and the way the staff handle allergens is exemplary.

Portions are huge, but without sacrificing in quality, all freshly made where it can be, can’t recommend this place enough, always full of flavour, served hot and the variety of what’s available is unrivalled.

The American school bus was great, but now the Coca-cola truck is just fantastic.

I can only apologise for the quality of the food photos but it’s a case of a quick photo and tuck in.

Come here as a day out at half term, staff where very welcoming, polite and helpful. Food was delicious and come within good time.

The kids play areas we're packed but still plenty to do and not going to lie I hate fun on the rope swings too.... the inner tartan came out of me 🤣🤣

The staff are absolutely fantasic. Really friendly and helpful. Very welcoming.
The decor is superb. Big open and very well decorated.
Great park and play area in the back for kids.
And the food was great. Milkshake was one of the best i have ever had.
Will definitely come back again.

Fantastic place with fantastic people. Arrived there at 5:20. Still managed to order food and my son enjoyed the playground. Prices bit higher than other normal restaurants or pubs but then the food is fresh and good quality. The burgers was seasoned perfectly, my mom enjoyed her chicken and my 2 years old managed to almost eat all his burger and pancakes. The staff are nice, the owner really welcoming and professional, came to check on us if everything was OK with our food. The place itself is massive and fun. Lots of sitting space with different areas. The playground area is really big with different themes and many slides, I liked it more because it was safe also for my 2 years old. So looking at all this, the price you end paying is not expensive at all as you end paying more when you take your kids to soft play, its even cheaper. We had a good time, ill be back next time but earlier to enjoy it more. Thank you for an amazing experience ❤

Amazing place. Went the first time for lunch and then back again the following weekend for breakfast. Can't fault anything at all. The food and drinks are delicious and the choices are endless with all authentic American treats and sweets.

Such a beautiful location, we were looked after as well as can be expected by kind polite servers, with quick orders and very friendly staff all round. Will definitely be going back to see the new Coca Cola truck area when it's open and thank you to the lovely staff member who gave me and my wife a tour, this place is a credit to your family and you should be very proud of what you have achieved. I can't wait to see you again and try one of your burgers.

If you're after an authentic American experience this is as good as it gets.

Went to Billy Bob’s today with my partner, our 2 year old daughter and our 6 week old baby. Our 2 year old loved it. The park is fantastic and lets the children’s imagination run wild. We later ate in the diner and the food was lovely. Service I was also spot on. I recommend the cotton candy ice cream that was particularly tasty. Loads of parking spaces and facilities were spotless. Very good that they have baby changing in both male and female toilets. Baby changing area also has a sink and toilet within the same cubicle which is handy. Will definitely return.

Lovely food, and servers are very friendly. The atmosphere is great. American diner style, with dining areas inside American school buses and freight lorries.
Highly recommended for families.
Also has a large outdoor play area for when the weather is dry.

Amazing place! I’ve been twice with my family and both times were perfect. The staff are wonderful, always going the extra mile to make the experience the best it can be. The food is superb!

We went last night for dinner, a group of 3 adults, 1 child and 1 infant. We were seated in the new area and my daughter loved being able to go into and play in the 18 wheeler truck. I am gluten free and they were amazing about accommodating my food. Everything we all ordered was amazing! We were given chips and salsa as well and this perhaps is what made my evening. Being that I am from Texas, good salsa is so hard to find in the UK, but this was the BEST I have had here. I bought some to take home I loved it so much.
The staff are always friendly and I can’t say enough good things about them. They have done an amazing job of giving this place a truly authentic American experience. Being from the US, I love seeing and recognizing all the authentic signs and displays they have up. You can easily see the care and love they have poured into this place to make it a unique experience in the UK.

Wow...we have just got back from Billy Bob's. All I can say it's the best place ever, the food was Amazing. The set up of the diner was amazing too. We came for our daughters birthday and had our meal on the bus! and enjoyed it that much we came back for breakfast the following day before we went home. Bell went above and beyond looking after us, as did the other staff too.
Oh and not to forget the play barns..wow and wow, we will back back very soon! My daughter said it was her best birthday ever! So thank you Billy Bob's.. We had the most Amazing experience!

Passed by this place on way to a local campsite and decided to go back for breakfast the following day. Great choice of food and drinks on menu, all reasonably priced and everything was delicious. Great theming with a lot of attention to detail to make sure you have an American experience. However what really made it for us were the staff - never got their names but the guy who welcomed us at the door and showed us around went above and beyond. The lady who brought the food and answered all my questions on their food and drinks was lovely and super friendly as well. We’re not from the area but will definitely make a return visit next time we’re down that way !

Wonderful place! Service and food is excellent..wide range of choice on the menu. Staff very friendly and helpful. All very clean and a huge amount of sitting areas. Play area is amazing and keeps kids safely occupied for hours. Highly recommended

What an amazing fantastic place this is me and my partner come here for the first time tonight and as soon as you walk in we went wow what an amazing place and the staff are really friendly and chatty love it I will be definitely better coming back here very soon highly recommend coming here this is gonna be our new place for now on and free parking as well and they have a beautiful garden

Firstly, the service from Ashley the supervisor was superb. Warm, friendly and she kept a constant, yet discreet eye on our table and needs.
The food was superb, I had the New York hot dog and it was a generous size and really tasted superb, well done the chef.
My colleagues had further variety of hot dogs, but one had a burger that was so large, I thought it would be impossible to finish. Staggeringly, he did and commented on how delicious it was.
I'm definitely going back and this time, returning with my two teenage kids, who will love the food, the size of the portions, but also it's decor and ambience, which is excellently executed theme wise.
The restaurant was spotless, bathrooms immaculate and overall experience superb.
Once again well done on a great experience.

Great place this for the kids. It has a really good playground and an indoor hay bail play. My son loves it here. Been lots of times and for parties too. Last time we went though we had some food, was delicious good service and friendly. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We'll be going again soon.

A fantastic escape into a vintage style American dinner. Great memorabilia and awesome food. Well worth a visit and make sure you get a milkshake and the Charlston Deluxe burger if you can handle it!

Amazing surroundings, great decor and loads of very attentive staff. Plenty of room for a wheelchair or mobility buggy with very wide aisles, ramps and extra wide doors. The food was very nice if a little expensive. Very accommodating for individual requests. The large indoor play barn was free and easy and great fun for our 6 year old, very fairly priced at £3 an hour. The outside area looked great but weather prevented us from using that - next time. Would definitely recommend.

Loved this place. Took my 2 kids who are 2 and 16 and can never usually suit them both. The food was great, staff excellent and the place was so clean. We all loved the outdoor play area and ice cream to finish our day off

5/5 fantastic family establishment!! Coming from Dubai we were looking for some place clean and family friendly this place delivers in all aspects; clean toilets and facilities the play area is immaculately maintained , inside there’s a great atmosphere with vintage American vibes from the menu to the food transports you to a classic American diner ! The staff are wonderfully friendly and management very attentive and came to us asking for feedback ! The food is delicious and chicken is halal so caters to Muslim community too ! Lots of options for adults and kids the portions are American sized too ! Was a great day out we will definitely be coming again . Side note ; ample parking and baby changing facilities, £3 additional charge for kids to play but it’s more than worth it as it’s clean and capacity limited !
