ibis Preston North

Staff very friendly and helpful. We had changed our plans at short notice and they refunded us one night's stay even though we didn't request a refund and we had cancelled that one night within 24 hours of arrival. The room was comfortable. Black out curtains were very effective and the floors very solid, so you couldn't hear footsteps of those above or below. They accommodated our request to be at the end of a corridor so our dog wouldn't be disturbed by people coming and going outside the room. The breakfast was great. Overall a good experience and I would happily come again.

We stayed one night to attend a nearby wedding. Comfortable room, relatively clean. Nice breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely stay again.

Arrived much later than intended after a long drive. Was not a problem for check in staff member. It was close to the dual carriageway but not enough to disturb sleep. Room was comfy and was able to put heat up and down accordingly. Had a great night sleep before starting a long journey the next day.

Clean and tidy hotel. Staying long term for work. And I was impressed with all the staff. Gerard greeted me on the first night, and had helped with any requests in a professional manner. Great service from him! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I want to give a huge shoutout to the staff at the ibis Preston north, I had what ended up being a wasted journey due to my training I was meant to do being changed without any notice, however the staff went above and beyond not only allowing me a complementary breakfast but also refunding me one night after I checked out early once I’d found out my weekend ended up being drastically changed.

Especially big shout out to Mike he is an absolute credit to your hotel as are all the staff

The rooms were very rundown, stairwell coming up had a leaky roof with buckets underneath. Look like it’s been there for awhile, part from the value for money, especially when you’re just staying overnight on a trip for work.

I have been using ibis north preston meeting rooms for more than 3 years . Very clean hotel, friendly staff.
All the staff in this hotel is amazing. They will go above and beyond to accomodate their guests and visitors. Brilliant service, always smiling and ready to help. Rachael, Michael , claudia and all other staff at this horel are assett to the ibis management.

Ideally situated for a break in our trip from Wales to Scotland, the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Our two rooms were comfortable and well prepared. This was our second stay, and I'm sure it won't be our last. Thanks.

Absolute Legends! They deserve more than 5 stars! My accommodation that I had booked was cancelled and I was left without a place at 6 am. After driving to Preston for more than 5 hours! Gave ibis a visit, and the Legend in reception sorted me out with a room straight away just had a pay a early check in of 10 pounds! When most other hotels refused to give me a room this early!
Customer service above and beyond.

Staying for a few days as my partner is in the nearby hospital. Had an issue with room key on day 2, but the staff were so helpful and accommodating, and also supportive to my personal situation, for which they deserve 5 stars. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Thanks so much to the lovely lady on reception, who helped me when booking an extra night. Hotel itself was fine but the staff really made the difference to my stay.

Absolutely amazing hotel and incredible staff what a lovely peaceful stay I had after my surgery. I would highly recommend I didn’t want to leave.

We enjoyed our stay, staff were very polite and helpful, room was ok except the carpet, needs a clean, a little far from the heart of Preston but the 3 mile walk was worth it.

Very dog friendly hotel. Several dogs sitting as good as gold with their owners in the dining area. Any slight tiredness in decor made up for by lovely welcoming staff. We stayed on a freezing cold night so enjoyed our welcome drink (available to frequent Accor users) freshly made pizza and a fine breakfast. Yes it could be spruced up, choice of food could be improved - clearly a cost conscious breakfast but made tasty by a good chef.

Lovely 2 ladies in reception who were very pleasant and helpful. Good EV charging (22 KW). Breakfast OK. Room surprisingly quiet, as it is very close to the motorway (quadruple glazing). Next door to a pub.
