Chapelhouse Suzuki Preston

So far, so good. Bought a new car and traded the old one in. They gave me more than one of their competitors offered for my old one, kept me up to date during the whole process of getting the new one including getting the vehicle here from another Chapelhouse.
Rhys has been very helpful throughout. Added extras on for free including paint protection and I especially liked the extended warranty that they add on.

Thought I would share my thoughts after 4 and 1/2 years of ownership. I honestly could not be happier, from the great car to the excellent service throughout the years( Special mention to service manager Mike)
I would certainly be open to owning and buying a suzuki from Chapelhouse Preston again in the future.

Last time we visited a rude saleswoman did not listen to what we wanted, or needed. We went elsewhere,
This time a great guy called Paul, came over just to greet and say cars are open don't be silly having a look around.
Just when we thought we'd struck a deal we priced a new one instead, Paul priced it up, applying BLC discount
I will use Paul when my car needs updating. Patient and knowledgeable. Even sorting the left foot accelerator nearer the time
If you need a new car, give Paul and chapel house a go.

Although, we’ve had to wait a few months for our new Suzuki Vitara Hybrid we have been kept well informed all the way through the process. Everything went very smoothly when received the new car yesterday. Sales staff, particularly Paul Cookson and not forgetting Jamie, have always acted in a professional manner and all staff have been very friendly and accommodating. We are very pleased with the new car and just hope it is as good as the Vitara Boosterjet which we traded in.

Hi I got great service here no full on pressure. Asked about offer in the showroom as was interested in a car on forecourt. Turns out as I'm a blue light card holder I got a great discount and better than car I chose on forecourt. My partner is a right below knee amputee x

Came here after seeing Rhys' Pieces on a friends on social media and I thought that is the guy I would buy a car from. only looking at the moment but for sure looking at a suzuki now!

Went to look for a car and came across this lovely little garage, was spoke to as soon as we went in by a lovely gentleman who went through the cars in great detail and really knew his stuff. We were offered a test drive and looked after extremely well. The garage looks like a second-hand dealership but go inside, and a whole car showroom opens up.

My Free and Frank experience. I never expected to get a suitable car when I entered the Chapelhouse but to my surprise I happened to see one so unique I fell in love with her. The Staff helped me to sort out everything for me and within a day she was mine for ever. Let me thank Chapelhouse for helping me.

Best customer service ever I will continue to get my cars from here. Took my car in for air conditioning and service at same time given a hire car as my only day off work and needed to do a lot of things. Mike kindly drive my car back to my house at the end of his day and picked up the hire car. Not this first time this has happened. They offer great customer service. Haven’t updated my car in a couple of years but the sales team are very friendly as well. Thank you so much Suzuki Preston.

Bought our first Suzuki car after being loyal Ford drivers for a good few years. I have to say the customer service is excellent. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Still getting used to the car but loving it so far. 😊
