Great shop and open til 11pm.

Tried to use their amazon parcel return service, which they state includes mobile barcode, where they print the return label, but guy serving said they didnt do it

Re their response: Regardless of what you say you do, I came in with my barcode the only thing amazon give and you told me I needed to have printed labels which is the whole point of the mobile barcode - to not need a printer. Theres 3 options what might have happened, either your staff lied because he couldnt be bothered processing it, or he is incompetent and didnt know how to do the process or you dont accept them?

I have tried to call the number for the shop and it’s does not connect I am trying to find out if my house keys are in the shop they have a Mickey Mouse head on them and a metal Minnie Mouse and a black fob. Please can someone let me know or provide a number I can actually call
