Dropped by to get an ID tag for my dog (he lost the last one).
Really great service, very helpful and friendly.
The tag is lovely and didn't cost me a lot. £9 for the tag and engraving on both sides.

First class store. Manager Mark went above and beyond in supporting us with a replacement guinea pig with advice and care. Great manager

Staff were very friendly (despite being run off their feet) and the shelves were well stocked. We walked out with much more than we intended to buy!

The only place we've ever been to that can fix your family dogs, in more ways than one. With onside vets upstairs, to staff that actually know what they're talking about, when it comes to advice on food to stop the unwanted wind in your family home. Highly recommended 👌

Ace ace you can take your dog in to. Look round ..the vets is naff in there though . Reception women very rude use the one on garstang rd next to jewish cemetry over the years including milly iv had 4black labs and garstang has looked after each of them .cried my eyes out when they go if u own a dog you will understand when i say better than humens.iv put a few pictures on of millies mates who she plays with.

We have two cats and often coming to get foot for them. Staff is always friendly and helpful, good stock and shop is always clean. Also they have vets there and groomers for your pets.

I took my little girl here to look at the fish and get some info on keeping them as pets, thinking of getting her a small tank. The man I spoke to was so helpful, we spoke about tank sizes, which fish would be best for us etc. He was so knowledgeable and friendly, and he gave me some leaflets to go away with. Wish I could remember his name, but he did let us get this picture so we could remember the fish name for next time

I can not fault this place!! The staff and the customer service is second to none every-time. They are all awesome and very knowledgeable and compassionate in their roles! They strive for excellence. Scott is very confident and passionate in his role, we had a very poorly boxer x bbd and I was so upset everything I tried was getting him better slowly but still not right! I knew he wasn’t right. Scott gave me the best advice possible and it all made sense, he explained and shared is knowledge in much depth! Giving me a better understanding of how to care for my pouch, he didn’t just sell a product he did it with care and compassion for what was best for us all. On his advice only last night! By pup had his first solid poo in 2 weeks! He’s better in himself and happier and I can’t thank you enough, I had such a wonderful experience and for you to tell me to come back and be willing to explore all options and help me till we get it right, is why I use you all and always have. I really appreciate all your help and advice :-)

They have a DIY doggy wash here, great value if you want to wash your own dog or need the bath for your mucky pup and the groom room is full or if you have a nervous dog. Only £5 for 10 minutes. Offers towels, shampoo and conditioner. Love it, the water is warm and pooch even seemed to enjoy it. Saved me having to clean my own bathroom which is always a bonus.
Treated her to a few treats afterwards from the massive variety offered.
Staff are dog friendly and offer a pat and a biscuit (to the dog)

What a considerate branch of pets at home. I contacted them asking if they would consider exchanging a 15kg bag of senior AVA dog food, which I never used as both my dogs died in lockdown. Eventually we brought a new puppy home and the staff locked after all our needs whilst respecting the loss of our sweethearts “Baz n Daisy”

Bought a really nice harness from here and my little Princess Leia got lots of wear out of it and it fit very well the whole time she grew you can find everything you need for all stages of your pets life in here only drawback is I spend hours in here and end up spending a fortune 🤑😃!!

Looked after as soon as turned up with a new puppy 🐶 nothing was too much trouble, nothing love and advice for new family member coco 🐕

Very helpful staff. They take an interest in your pet. Always well stocked. Prices very reasonable especially live food. Easy parking.

Very helpful we needed some catnip for our 5 month old kitten and we couldn’t find it so we asked someone for help who couldn’t help us enough was very nice and polite.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Neil in the preston dock branch, we have just got a new puppy and he helped us so much, his knowledge and advise was so helpful, he was so friendly and made us feel so comfortable and not under pressure. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks again he is a great face for the business 😊

Recently bought a miniature daschund and have been going here for food, beds and health products. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and best of all they don’t try and sell you expensive products that you don’t need. Such great customer service!

Staff are always friendly here, live insects for food are also a great selection.

I came in with my new little Dachshund today. I had amazing help of staff. So much positive reinforcement for the wee man! Great advice and help from all. Thank you for such a positive first PAH trip with Maverick :) x

Friendly staff who directed you to the appropriate area of the store without pressurising you. The store was well stocked and I managed to get the treats for cats and dogs.
The cashier was polite and engaged in light conversation. A really great store with a welcoming air.
