B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

Its the best B&M store in the area and bigger than them all (2 floors). It's sometimes busy at the checkouts so might have to queue but they will open another lane when queues build.

When you go in for one item and come out with more lol I'm sure everyone does it lol this place has so much to offer at great prices

This place is huge so maje sure you have plenty of time available! I've been a few times since it opened and I've only just completed the whole ground floor!
I didn't have time to go upstairs so that will be on my next visit. Good parking and easy access, which is particularly an advantage for disabled/elderly and customers with children etc. Huge selection of all home items you may want from food and drink to DIY products like paint etc There is an outdoor area at the back. Prices have risen in my opinion on various items which was a little disappointing but there was some sale item's on show so keep your eyes peeled! Other amenities close by like food and drink restaurants with drive through so toilets are in the immediate area. Nice location too, so it's quite nice if you want to grab an ice cream and relax after all the shopping; with many benches dotted around the doc Good place for the kids too so all round a good place to grab things you need and to make a day of it 👍

A bit like Costco, you go in and come out with stuff you never expected to buy.. But At least didn't cost you a hundred quid. 😃

Just want to say a huge thank you to Gemma on behalf of my partner. He uses a mobility scooter as he likes to be independent, but has problems reaching for certain items , then packing them and taking them to the car. Gemma lived up to her name and proved to be a GEM !! She gave him a chair, took his shopping list, returned with everything, bagged it and even took it out to the car. All he had to do was pay ! It’s hard to find such perfect service these days, so thank you so much , you are a superstar and I hope that you will be on duty next time he comes. Tell those bosses that you deserve a pay rise!

It goes well, from the easy parking in the more than adequate car park to walking into the store, it is clean, extremely well stocked, (well done to the hard working shelf stacker's), and laid out in a way that takes you through the various departments without a hitch. All in all, it was a pleasure to shop here.

This store has just about everything you could wish for. Fantastic place. Well organised, well stocked and everything well spaced out. There is also an outdoor section with gardening stock, plants etc. The size of the store makes for thirsty work! However due to location there are a number of places to eat & drink. It overlooks Preston docklands, so is ideal for a stroll too. This B&M is a place to be reckoned with. Make sure you have enough free hours to visit as you can easily spend the best part of the day in the store and surrounding area.

Love this place but spend far too much as so much to buy! Staff are really helpful and friendly. I take my friend who has essential tremors and can take a bit longer to pack etc but the staff don't rush her, allow her to take her time and feel like she's not a pest as happens in other stores. Recommend

You could spend all day in there it's absolutely huge. It would be easier to list what they don't sell rather than what they do. The garden centre at the back is very similar to what was there when it was homebase so as well as plants there's all the decking, slabs, fence panels, sheds etc. Definitely worth a visit

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had to return to the store a day later to request a receipt that I had declined on purchase. This was absolutely no issue for the staff there, he didn't question. it, just said he'd find me on CCTV and get it printed for me. WOW! They are so busy, it was my fault that I didn't collect my receipt and yet I didn't have to ask twice. Thanks for a great customer service today!!!

I wanted to buy a double egg chair and approached a staff member at 4.45pm. I was made aware that I would require a four by four vehicle to transport it. I called my brother to come over with his car. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I got the egg chair and even helped us put it in the car even when the store had closed and it was well after 5pm. As this was a last minute retirement gift I was very thankful. Thank you especially to Dan, Nigel and Mark. But again, thank you to everyone at the store.

Very large store, on two levels, and outdoor garden centre. Only let down by lack of toilets.

Massive store. Lots of products at reasonable prices. Worth a visit.

Shopped and B&M for years always great for the best bargains on furniture And some food

Huge store with loads of range!
Plenty of parking spaces so if you end up buy everything but the kitchen sink you dont have far to travel back to the car.
Clean tidy. Probs the best looking b&m i've ever visited
