What an excellent Christmas meal with family & friends.
The place felt very festive with some of the staff dressed up for Christmas too.
Food was really tasty, service very timely & staff were very friendly.
It’s got a big play area for the children as well which they really enjoyed.

Visited here for breakfast and dinner while staying at the ibs next door can't fault none of it price very good and food was great and it was a Tuesday which happened to be there local games night what a great atmosphere all staff very pleasant and helpful

We use to eat here when we lived in Preston, and always had a great meal and was always a nice atmosphere. Although I now live in North Yorkshire , in March 2022 we had a day trip to Cleveleys and called at the Phantom Winger on the way home back to North Yorkshire. Nice to know the food was still as good as when we lived there.

Two of us. Fish and chips, all day breakfast, two lemon and limes... the food was top notch, can't be faulted. Cooked perfectly. On the other hand, the drinks had the smallest measure of lime I have ever been given. There was extremely small flavour in the drink to suggest it was supposed to be lemon and lime. Its a shame really. It was like asking for a beer and being given a Guinness. Perhaps not the best comparison, but you get what I mean... I like lemon and lime! I asked for lemon and lime, I wanted lemon and lime. Why did you serve me lemon which tasted like it was all by its lonesome self? The food is great though. I strongly suggest paying a visit, just don't order a lemon and lime.

Good food. Plenty of room. A lot of times I've visited there's been a fuction or large party booked which has caused food wait to be up to an hour so check beforehand. Worth the wait as its a nice relaxed place with a good menu and car park is big, also a wacky warehouse area for kids

First time visiting yesterday and wow we will be back! Food was fast, hot and delicious! Definitely recommend the crispy chicken sandwich. The manager and the staff were really friendly.

The Phantom Winger is a very nice place with a lovely atmosphere, the staff are very friendly, very helpful, very caring. The food is very nice, with good portions.
It's excellent if your a family, you've got children, cause there is different
things to do, to keep the children occupied.

We came for breakfast one morning! One of the best breakfast we have had for a very long time! Staff were all friendly and helpful! We shall be returning for sure!

Visited here for the first time as we were in the area! Amazing food and loved the wacky for my little one! Would definitely recommend great place for families

I love burgers, I'm known for it. Occasionally I'm asked, 'is there anything that could improve your burger experience?' My answer is 'yes, a sausage on top, but who's going to do that?'
Well guess what? Greene King have only gone and done it! It's called The Home Run and it's excellent. Great taste, well cooked, served hot and decent value which is getting harder to find right now.
They accept blue light cards and we found the Phantom Winger to be clean with friendly staff and easy parking.
Top-tip. If like us you are visiting on a weekend and aren't into over-hyped, sweaty, 7 yr olds running up & down the place then visit early. We were all done by 2pm and the Wacky Warehouse escapees were just beginning to emerge, bless them.
Great visit overall, looking forward to going back.

Came for food last night with some friends, was very pleased. Declan who served us was more than happy to help any queries we had, very polite and helpful! I decided to go for “the gravy one” which was absolutely amazing but could not finish it all!! The salt and pepper fries are fabulous too. Will be returning.

Came Sunday teatime and enjoyed a lovely roast dinner. Staff were really friendly and helpful even though it was busy. Didn’t realise that it’s dog friendly. We’ll be visiting more often now we know we don’t have to leave the dog at home!

Went out with family for a meal , was a lovely experience staff was lovely an the atmosphere was great. Lovely place for families an days out.

Never knew this little gem existed. What a find. So clean. Great parking. Nice inexpensive food. Well served and prepared. Will 100 percent be returning.

Fabulous night on Tuesday, food and service was great, New quiz now happening now every Tuesday. Wayne's Quiz Nights. Pay a visit, lots of prizes with Music Bingo, Lucky 13 so you don't need to be a quiz expert to go away with Beer, Soft Drinks and Sweets

We went for Breakfast with the Easter Bunny, it was fab, the staff were amazing the food was lovely so much of it, great value for money. We will return Thank you for a lovely morning.

We organised a suprise 60th meal here on the 6th January 2024,
From start to finish the whole experience was absolutely faultless.
Once booking the event, we were asked to come in to grab a menu and notify them with as many of the orders as we could beforehand to ensure all the food would be available on the day and so that all meals would be served at relatively the same time.
Once all meals were booked I received a few phone calls from Hannah to triple check everything and that all steaks etc were to be cooked to preference and dietary requirements catered for.
When we arrived we had a whole section of the ground floor cordoned off for us with a ramp in place for wheelchair user access, along with service dogs allowed to join the party.
The whole evening was absolutely brilliant, the staff were very welcoming and friendly and all meals were served exactly to order and all 33 of us ate at the same time.
Give yourselves a great big pat on the back Phantom Winger, you really did tick every box on the night and we could not fault anything.
Hannah was absolutely amazing and ensured everything ran to perfection.
Please do not hesitate to book this venue, the food was fantastic and the service is even more so.
The propeieters should be very proud of this establishment and the staff working very hard to give a great customer experience!!

Becky served us very well and Liz came up to us and spoke to us like a true manager. The attitude of the staff espcially Chris' was great. Harry took our order and was very fast.
