Mile End Post Office

I went to this post office to pick up a package. They were technically closed because of a leak and were asking people to come back on Monday. The lovely women I spoke to said, "Please wait," and they proceeded to find my package for me. I've been to this post office many times since moving to Mile End. They've been very helpful and friendly, but today went above expectations.

I visited mile end post office at 5.45pm last Thursday to renew my driving license. I received excellent customer service the guy at the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. This particular post office does not have photo service for Driving licence renewal however he provided alternative for me so I was able to renew my Driving licence. Even though the post office closed at 6pm and I exceeded my time at the post office the guy at the counter did not make me rush. They have excellent customer service and polite I would recommend People to use this post office

I drop loads of parcels here a week & I have to say, this post office is one of the best I’ve been to. Friendly staff, easy transactions - nothing (if anything) to complain about.

Nice team, who really know their post office stuff. Efficient service. Sometimes a queue (as I think it's the only PO in this area?) Safe hands.

What a great team of staff that work here! Always friendly, helpful and happy to give me recommendations to speed up my business. Took me through how to set up Drop and Go which has completely revolutionised my business efficiency and saved us both some time!

And to top it off I was surprised with a lovely Christmas gift and card when I returned after the Xmas break. Such a thoughtful gesture. Top team!

Outstanding service from Mile End Post Office. I run a business that dispatches lots of parcels at Christmas time. This year, Royal Mail strikes posed a huge threat to our business getting deliveries out on time - we were recommended Mile End Post Office as a delivery partner and they were brilliant.

Always going above and beyond, fantastic customer service, and extremely reliable. They delighted our staff (and all our customers who got their parcels on time). Would recommend to anyone looking to send parcels in volume - 5*!

There are always very Professional, nice and friendly people working here.
There is a an ATM outside 24/7 and they also sell foods, drinks, snacks, newspapers, gifts, bags and lot more…

Customer service is great! Most Post Offices I've been to staff seem really moody or can't be bothered to really deal with stuff. They just grunt or make it seem like they want to get rid of you.
