I'm finally in the Head Spa club!!!! I have been itching to get this done since it blew up all over tiktok, and little did I realise it would be a stones throw away from home. This latest service at Flawless will have a que out the door. I went for option 4 as an indulgent early birthday present to myself, and boy, am I glad I did. From a relaxing massage to a facial to every head massage imaginable. Lily took great care in educating me on all the positive properties in all things Head Spa and the reasons why it's becoming such a hit in the UK. This is the perfect treat for yourself or your loved one for any occasion. This can be done solo or great as a couple of treatment, too. With 4 great packages to choose from you can't go wrong. The name said it all, FLAWLESS!! I just did my French Manicure here and it was really amazing. The nail tech is highly detailed, nice, skilled with his technique and he made sure that I love the design before putting top coat on. The owner is really nice too, they serve complimentary drinks like water and tea. The service that you are offered is just like any other zone 1 nail salon, I must mention the price is very very very affordable, honestly I don’t understand some reviews saying this place is expensive cause my set was only £25 (without the cuticle cutting)! The shop itself is clean and very hygienic. I couldn’t possible ask for more!

Had a pedicure done and Lilly was so good! Watched her sterilise the equipment she used which to me is the most important part. Will be coming back and will be recommending!

I'm a regular customer that comes in for waxing and nail services, and they never fail to impress me with their friendly customer service and how quick and easy they make things! It's really great I can reliably book appointments here and know I'm out in time to carry on with the rest of my day's errands.

Amazing salon, always go to Flawless for my Nails, Pedicure & Waxing. They now offer Aesthetics & Eyelash extensions & my friends have amazing reviews on both. I highly recommend flawless. The prices are now reasonable and similar to other nail shops. But this place take time and make sure you're happy with your nails x

I have been coming here for the last four years to do my nails and all of their staff and treatments are impeccable. I come every two weeks and each time the results are perfect. I usually sit with Helen who always knows exactly what I want and is so skilled -- as is everyone else who works here. I would highly recommend: I have gotten pedicures, extensions, polish manicures and they have always turned out amazing. Excellent service.

Flawless Nails is as the name suggests, flawless. From the quality of the service to the overall customer experience this place is terrific. I've been to quite a few nail places in London before coming here and I have to say none come even close. The customer experience is superb. I always feel so welcome, from the second I walk in, when I'm always offered a drink, to the excellent conversation with the staff (who speak perfect English!), to the second I step out of the shop and get thanked for my custom. They never forget to say to get in touch/ come back if there are any problems with the nails (although there never are any) as they are happy to fix it for you. Every single person working here takes so much care, whether they are removing polish, putting on fake nails, doing a manicure - everything is done with the utmost of professionalism and attentiveness. They are always happy to give advice on the best nail care, without ever pushing a particular service on you. Alongside the thoroughness and friendliness of the staff, the most impressive aspect at Flawless is the cleanliness of the place. I often go at the end of the day so I've witnessed the painstaking attention they give to cleaning every single item, table, floor etc. The place is always spotless, which given you infinite confidence that you're getting a top notch service. I cannot recommend this place enough - and I always do to all my friends.

Been getting my nails done here for the last couple of years. It is super clean thanks to the owners OCD. The colour range is vast. They always have a film on the screen so you are always entertained. They have phone chargers at each table. They always offer you a drink. Loyalty card can be retained in the shop so you don't have to carry it around with you and after 10 treatments you get £10 off the next one. Price range is consistent with the area but if you want cheaper you need to go further afield, as they say you pay for what you get and what you get here is great.

My favourite nail shop. Love going to get my Shellac done here and having a gossip with all the lovely staff. Always made to feel welcome and offered a drink and have especially kind looking after me & my bump over the last few months. Only problem I ever have is never knowing what colour to pick as there's always so much choice!
My Shellac never chips and I'm only just returning this week to get mine re-done after three weeks!!

My nails look amazing. Serena, the artist done a Christmas tree on my nails. They're professional service and clean environment will definitely make me come back. The friendly chat was also a nice touch. I will definitely come back as this place is a pure gem for Poplar! 5 stars is nothing short of what it deserves!
