The Clochfaen

We've stayed at Aubury's Bed and Breakfast several times over the past six years and have seen the results of the passion of the owners to restore the main house to its former glory. Fabulous accommodation, welcome and breakfasts!

A real find, a warm and friendly welcome and perhaps one of the best breakfasts I've had in the Llanidloes area in over 25 years of visiting there. The accommodation is very comfortable, heating and hot water provided by a Rayburn cooker/boiler, making it really cosy - ideal after a day walking or cycling in the beautiful local countryside. The main house at Clochfaen is a small gem of an Arts and Crafts country house. And it's out in the countryside on the Wye near Llangurig, so it's really peaceful. Altogether well worth a return visit.

Not much to say... Last year I've stayed in cottage 4 times. Just booked another stay for Easter :) Perfect location for any type of motorcycling holiday.

The proprieter was very friendly and was great at accommodating me at short notice. Breakfast was top notch and bedroom was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend
