I went to HairElite after having a really bad haircut from another salon.
I walked into the hair dressers feeling deflated and miserable and left feeling confident and a completely different woman. Michelle cut and highlighted my hair beautifully and made me smile like i havent for yrs! Theresa and Michelle make a wonderful team, they listen to your needs but also give great advice. The atmosphere is so lovely and welcoming and you also end up talking to other clients.
All my friends and family have commented how amazing my hair looks.
I will now be taking my children to get their hair done too.
Thank you ladies for giving me a piece of myself back that i thought I had lost!

Extremely friendly and professional service! I had gone in for an initial consultation first and then booked my first appointment with them. I appreciated how honest yet reassuring the consultation was! Shel and Theresa worked wonders on my hair and fixed a previous bad balayage. The entire process took almost six hours, but their patience and their efforts were felt throughout. I have never felt so heard and cared for at any hair salon ever. At the end, Shel gave me the exact hair cut I had asked for and ensured that all my expectations were met. I'll be going back in a couple of weeks!

My first time here, had the lovely Michelle, went from long hair to a pixie cut in just an hour! Everyone was super friendly and the cut was fantastic, my fiancé kept saying 'wow' when I got home as he loves it too. I was nervous having a complete restyle my first time there but very happy with the result and at a bargain price, this would have cost at least double in Stratford. Will definitely be back!

Very professional and welcoming I got a trim with long layers and face framing bangs loved it and everyone complimented me cut to ur liking and know exactly what they are doing would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a good High level professional hair cut this is the place to go !!!

Great hairdressers. Friendly, and they took the time to find out what I wanted. I had no style and all different lengths and now have a nice pixie cut.

Excellent service highly satisfied Theresa is lovely and so friendly ans also very talented made me feel so happy leaving the salon as im so pleased with my hair cut. Absolutely love this hairdressers, and will most definitely be returning. I went mad over lockdown and ended up sticking 3 different home colours on my hair and ended up patchy and it just looked terrible. I found this hairdressers was just down the road from me and had amazing reviews and reasonably priced. And now I won’t look back, Theresa consulted me at length and advised me on the best colouring solution and she gave me the hair cut I’ve been after for years that no other hairdresser has been able to achieve. Amazing. Thank you so much!!

Had my hair done today and it look amazing and they our the loveliest lady’s.. they make you feel so Comfortable and looked amazing and didn’t have to pay the earth. Was a great Experience and Definitely highly recommended ❤

Could not recommend highly enough - Professional welcoming and friendly from start to finish! I am so pleased with my hair it’s better than I even expected Shel did a fab job with the highlights and cut I put my trust in her and Theresa who advised me perfectly 5 stars for sure!!

Ladies are very nice and polite. Attentive to detail. I went for a hair colour from a TikTok video and they managed to do hair exactly the same.
