As a new family to the area I found them easy to sign up to. They sorted my prescriptions very quickly and we're really prompt with an econsult for my son. No faults at all

Updated review, because of covid there is a new system in place. Much better than before although you are not able to book a face to face, at least the staff are much nicer now.

If you're new patient, best to call in for a form as the website is out dated and not the right form posted. Staff not overly welcoming, make sure you ask even the most obvious questions as help not forthcoming.

This surgery is a joke. We spent 28 minutes hanging on the phone to be told that there are no appointments. The staff are very unhelpful and just can't be bothered. Will be looking for a different doctors surgery

The most rude staff on the phone and in person. Tried all week to get through on the phone all being put in a que on hold for atleast 20 minutes each time to then be told there are no appointments left for that day. I don't understand by calling on the dot of 8am and 2pm you can be in such a que on the phone and never have any left. I then requested a call back from my doctor as I could speak about the situation over the phone but then the receptionist said this may not be possible?? Which I do not understand? If i can't get any appointments atleast try and get my doctor to speak to me for 5 minutes. It's so frustrating when you have an urgent situation or you are going away so you want to see them before, that you can't get any appointments.
I rarely go to the doctors but when I do I have an awful experience with miserable staff and no help.

Shocking doctors, the reception staff are rude and useless. Couple of times they have left me on the phone (not on hold) talking about things that have nothing to do with me. Never see the same doctors, when I do they tell me completely different things/ from the one I have seen before. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I would give zero if it allowed me to. Never able to make an appointment, can’t get prescriptions correct.
