fantastic service I bought a secong hand Shimano with issues. Posted Next Day on Wednesday.. messaged that it was ready on Thursday. Paid and it arrived back as good as new on Friday morning 45 hours after I posted it. Good old fashioned British service

What great service. I posted my reel back on Wednesday(special delivery) they received it on Thursday at 10.00am, they emailed me the cost at 15.30. I paid and emailed them back. I received my reel back on Saturday, in the same box. It had been perfectly serviced and the new quick washers added as requested, brilliant many thanks to everyone at FELINDRE.

I recently had four Shimano 10000C GTE reels serviced and supplied with parts by Felindre. I must say that the experience was nothing short of excellent, as it not only provided great service but also proved to be reasonably priced. All returned in reel bags, nice touch.

Great service and quick turn around. Reels are like new again after many years of abuse. And returned in a reel bag. Many thanks will definitely use again.

Absolutely top notch service from the guys at Felindre Innovations. I had 2 Shimano Super Aero 4000 GTM fighting drag reels and 1 Super Aero 4000GT fighting drag from the late 90's that are epic reels, but in all 3 had issues with the anti reverse and one needed some new bearings. Contact from the start was excellent, I posted the reels off and they were back in my hand in Essex in UNDER a week, all ready to go and now in perfect working order ready for the new river season and presented and protected in nice new cloth bags. Price point for the repairs was on point also, money very well spent. Highly recommend the guys in Swansea, thanks again!!

I had a Shimano baitrunner that the drag had stopped clicking on. I phoned to make sure this was repairable which was confirmed. I posted my reel off on Tuesday morning.

Thursday afternoon I received confirmation the work had been carried out and an invoice, which I paid by bank transfer. The reel was received by Saturday, so a 4 day turnaround.

A nice touch was the reel bag provided when my reel was returned. Superb service and very reasonably priced. If you need any work done on your reels this it the place to go!

What stunning customer service by Felindre, I posted my three Shimano Baitrunner LC's for a full service and any repairs required on the Thursday Afternoon, by Friday afternoon I had the invoice, paid straight away by Bank transfer and took delivery of my reels on Tuesday morning at 09:15 now that is impressive, also obtained some spare spool information in-between.
This company is a credit to its workforce and owner, keep up the good work you have by business for the foreseeable future.

The communication from Paul was first class, explaining the problems with my shimano 10000 XTEA reel and then had it repaired and sent back within 3days.The cost was very reasonable and the new free reel bag was a great bonus.

Superb service as always. I've been dealing with Felindre for over 10 years in the angling trade both for customers and as a customer myself. Always professional, a team with a vast knowledge of parts and components. This time around Paul saved the day! Parts are hard to come by now with Shimano Technium 10000XT reels and out of my own stupidity I'd broken mine due to user error. I needn't have worried. Sent the reel, it was stripped, problem identified, part replaced and returned the next day working! Can't recommend highly enough. Many thanks guys! Dave

Just wanted to say many thanks for such a brilliant service.
You have just serviced 2x Shimnao 5000’s of mine sent to you by Yateley Angling. I was blown away, the reels are around 25 years old & are used a lot for my barbel, method & commercial water fishing, they have never been serviced before. Not only was the turnaround very quick the reels are now as good as new & work with such a smooth tight action. When I went to pick them up the guys in the shop all commented on the reels. Hopefully now with a bit of TLC every now & then I'll get another 25 years use out of these super reels.

A first class service! Got my Shimano Stradic 3000 working like new after it wouldn't retrieve. He also returned all the gear parts and bearings he replaced and posted back the reel speedily!
I wish all transactions were that smooth!

I've used this company a few times now, they are brilliant, My Shimano reels mean a lot to me, when I damaged the shifts by bending them in my rod bag, I was devastated. I sent them off to be repaired, they come back as good as new. I was well impressed. I think the whole repair process took about 3 days, that was including delivery. I would highly recommend Felindre Innovations, they were brilliant. Can't wait to get back on the bank. Thank you so much for your expert servicing and repair. I will always use this company to look after my reels.

Highly recommend these guys. Had my reels serviced with a few new parts fitted. Reels sent with some issues but came back working like new. Worth every penny!

I sent my Shimano Stradic 3000 in for repair and service (some idiot - probably me - had taken it apart and lost some small parts and the roller wouldn't turn). Anyway, Felindre returned it promptly in perfect working order and even enclosed the two old bearings they had to replace. The reel now runs as good as new. This firm is a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Super fast turnaround - just got my Shimano reel back, having only posted it to them on Monday (so they would have only received it on Tuesday and it's only Thursday today!)

On top of that, they've done a sterling job - my reel feels good as new!

I had considered buying a new reel as mine is circa 20 years old now but I'm so glad I didn't as it would have cost me circa 3 times the price of the repair and service, and even second hand ones like mine would have cost circa double on eBay.

I thoroughly RECOMMEND this company - you won't be disappointed.

Lost the drag knob on my reel, called up and he found me a new one within an hour absolutely brilliant man definitely recommend for all your reel repairs and servicing.

I emailed Felindre who confirmed that they could sort out the dodgy baitrunner feature on my Shimano 5000 RE.
I Sent it off on the Monday 8th August and received it back on Thursday 11th August in perfect working order.
Tremendous service I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a reel repair.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
