Ming Wah

We always come here when we visit Weymouth. May is the best, always ready with a warm welcome, all the staff are lovely. Can't wait to come again!! 9h and the food.and saki is wonderful!!

Called on spec ...lovely young waiter fitted us in and sorted a table ...friendly and efficient ...Nice selection of people in restaurant ..Good vibes ...food and plates piping hot...Great portions...super

A busy Chinese restaurant, with plenty of takeaway orders going out. Food delicious and service great! Would recommend!

Opted for Chinese for our evening meal this place was amazing. Quite busy which is always a good sign. Vegetable spring rolls, steamed scallops and prawns for starters. Vegetable curry, Ming wahs special and boiled rice for mains and a bowl of curry sauce. The Ming wahs special was a sizzling dish on a cast iron dish which was a bonus. There was so much food we couldn’t finish it all which was a shame as it was so tasty.

Very nice meal tonight. And very generous portion sizes. Will definitely be visiting again.

I've not been to the Ming Wah for around 10+ years. Not sure why because both the food and service was fantastic! Each dish was delicious and we'll be sure to bring friends with us next time.

We visited again with a party of 10 for lunch, it was so good we ordered another two set meals to share. Piggy really as the portions are a good size. Our stack of empty plates will show just how much we enjoyed our meals. We are going again next week.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices and quick service! They were able to accomodate us without a reservation despite it being the last day of the Eat out to Help Out scheme. Food was good, but nothing really special as one would expect from a Chinese resto/take-away resto but still recommended.

So ordered the set meal for 2 takeaway for 3 of us and there is still a bit left. All food fresh and tasty, no criticisms at all. Delivered bang on the time we asked for. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you :)

We hadn’t booked, & was just very lucky to be walking past this Chinese at the right time, to get the last table they had free at that time.
Everyone was very accommodating, & the waitresses and waiters were working very hard and efficiently in what was a very busy environment. The food was delicious, & I would thoroughly recommend this place to people who are in Weymouth (Just ensure you book in advance if you’re going to eat in!).

Went here while on holiday. Even though the restaurant was busy we were lucky to get a table. Would recommend you book in advance. The food was excellent. Friendly staff and top class service.

Went today for lunch. Only serve a set meal on a lunch time which was £6.99 each or another set meal for £15.99 per person. We had the £6.99 which i had Chicken noodle soup, Sweet n sour chicken and fried rice and banna fritters and all of the food was lovely. The staff very friendly & service was quick so would highly recommend the reatuarant. Note ro add the souo was DELISH i wish i had the recipe they use

Had booked for dinner with family and service and experience was brilliant. Nice atmosphere and the food was simply amazing no take away all got eaten but we were all stuffed 😔. Hats off to the chef and service team! Thank you 😊

Nice experience at the Mingwah where the atmosphere and service was very good.

Food was also nice as had the set menu. Highly recommend the chicken satay because the sauce is so flavoursome. Nearly everything cooked perfect. Recommend visiting here and would go again.

Food was delivered hot and very tasty. All lovely and fresh. Would definitely order from these again. Food ordered was King Prawn chow mein... mushroom chow mein...boiled rice ..egg fried rice.. curry sauce. All lovely.

Great food at reasonable prices. Pretty fast service too. We arrived without pre-booking, and they fitted us in. Waiters were friendly, and it was a lovely atmosphere.

Just got back from having my 60th birthday meal there and it was great. Food was lovely and staff were very good.
