The staff and owner are very friendly and welcoming.
Every local store has their issues but this one, given it’s been around for a long time is well worth supporting.

Friendly staff, sometimes they can be a bit slow, but apart from that I’ve never had any problems or issues.

Plenty of stock and will more than likely fill you needs for a quick visit. I'm all for customer service and politeness at the tills. I very little back in return when it comes to being polite and for that im giving this place 3 stars

Absolutely disgusting service, I called in to pick up my parcel, after scanning my barcode he then told me to step aside so he could serve 6 customers before me, then asked me where the parcel came from, I’ve never been asked this, they obviously need more staff in this shop, when he eventually served me he had to scan my code again, when I got home my parcel has been damaged, will not returning to this shop.very disappointed.

The workers/owners have a completely unwarranted, extreme hostilility to their customers. not once have I been in there without absolute scorn for the cahier. I'm a smartly dressed polite gentleman. I will not be shopping there again. At least two of the staff have a very obvious attraction to children also. Horrible shop. They certainly know how to lower their customer turnover. I'm amazed in this day and age "grown adults" are like this. Absolutely awful shop that sells very bad quality merchandise. They walk around bare foot, it smells and I wll never bring my custom to such arrogant and down right rude. Very judgemental people.The food is often out of date also. The other two shops close by are a complete contrast. Very friendly and make the effort to talk to you like a normal person.

Asked for Ibuprofen, sold me an Ibuprofen box with a sheet of paracetamol. Didn't realise until I left Weymouth, so had no way to return, just lucky I realised before I took them.

Friend brought ibuprofen 16 tablets. In the box there were 8 paracetamol and that was it. Thankfully we paid attention as she was also taking paracetamol. This shop could have killed her.
