We first came across regent estates when we bought in Berkhamsted in 2018. We dealt with James Whitehead, who was excellent and managed the sale really well. When we came to sell in 2023 we knew there was only one agent we wanted to deal with. Again James was highly professional and we really trusted him. From talking with friends and family we understand how rare this is, and it just made selling so much less stressful. Would 100% recommend James and Regents.

I have to say renting with Regents of Berkhamsted has been fantastic, they have been on point with everything they do and provided such a tenant like myself and my small family everything we needed. never a problem when anything broke down or needed fixing.
I was with them since September 2012 and just recently moved back to London for work reasons and a marriage break up.
Definitely living the dream as they say. Rental properties here go like hot cakes in Berkhamsted, so you are dead lucky to get one in such a prestigious Town like this.
Well moving on I would like to say renting with Regents has been a pleasurable experience for me and I would like to say they are the best Estates Agents by far in the area.

There are plenty of estate agents to choose from in Berkhamsted but in my opinion Regent Estates have to be the best. Prior to selling our mother's flat we did our research and looked at all available agents. We chose Regents after reading reviews and looking at the comparison stats which seemed to show they had something extra. Very pleased with the result. After phoning a few local agents first I instantly got a good impression with Regents. I spoke with Corinne who answered all my initial questions with straight answers. Corinne then handled our sale from valuation a few days later to a whirlwind sale all within a 5 day period. She gave solid advice on the property we have since bought & moved into. Communication was clear and always worked with our best interest to keep the sale on track post surveys. Aftersales follow up was first class too. Regents come highly recommended!

Our property was brilliantly marketed and we had an offer inside a week.The real value of Regent Estates came from the team especially James after the offer. We had a complex chain.Part of the chain didn't have a physical agent which is where James stepped in and smoothed out the kinks in the chain.Without his persistence with all parties I think the sale would have fallen through.We had a number of options in Berkhamstead but we are really glad we choose Regent Estates.

We were in a bidding war for a house that Regent Estates were representing. I could tell they were really going through their paces to help the seller get the best buyer. We came second in this bidding war only being beaten by another buyer who didn't have to sell thier house.

Turned out that that buyer was lying...the moment they found that out they were on the phone to me to see if we still wanted our dream house ....we did...and they helped us to move quicking on getting an offer accepted.

Then when we were going through the exchange and completion we were faced with a very difficult solicitor hired by the people we were buying from (they even regretted it). Regent Estates jumped in a quite a few times to save the day and help reason with their solicitor on multiple occasions.
