The food was marvellous and the staff/service was exquisite. The manager (Raj) was polite, friendly and made us feel welcome. If you are ever in the area, I definitely recommend coming here.

Still my favourite Indian restaurant after all these years. Brilliant spicy curries and sweet curries and a buffet deal that always satisfies.

My wife and I have visited this restaurant a few times now and rate it first class. Very tasty food. Excellent service. We will be back.

Absolutely delicious food - one of the best Indian meals I've had. It was a nice touch from Raj to have a little chat with me and ask my name as I was leaving as well. They clearly care about what they do - I can't recommend highly enough.

Edit - I've just read some of the other reviews and seen the negative ones which I'm gobsmacked about. It's like I went to a completely different restaurant to those people. I consider myself quite a foodie too.

First of all restaurant is really superb service…..and most important Raj is too good…Raj give us most comfortable experience.Raj gives us friendly hospitality…we recommend this restaurant for everyone….Thank you so much RAj ……♥♥♥♥♥

We look forward to eating at the Saffron and enjoy the food very much and this evening was no exception. I asked for a recommendation from Raj and after asking about my likes in a curry he suggested Chef’s Special King Prawn - it was delightful - so tasty, spicy without being overpowering - really enjoyable. Thank you for the recommendation Raj and looking forward to a return visit very soon

most amazing service, lovely people and food is amazing

This was one of the best curries I've had and trust me I've had a few!!!
We visited as a group of 12. The The waiter lacked personality if being honest and took the order like a primary school teacher asking you to put your hand up with what we all wanted.....a little bit serious and strict for my liking, but.... everything was spot on and correct so my first initial opinion changed when everyone's order was correct and the food was absolutely amazing so fair play.
He started coming around near the end of the meal, if only he could have been a little bit more welcoming at the start, this review wouldn't have been as long, sorry.

Good option for Indian food. Service also good. We reached there when restaurant almost closed, but staff allowed us to have our dinner. Co-operative staff. Good food. Nice ambiance.
