Very helpful gentleman behind the counter. Clearly knows what he is talking about and is very kind and caring. I will now revisit this pharmacy whenever i need help as he was so helpful.

Hello sir, service is always wonderful but do you mind dropping off mums meds please as she has been waiting since Friday. Thank you.

Ask staff a question and they will help you where possible and if they're not sure of the answer they will ask the boss for further assistance. Mr Roy seems to know all of his customers well and politely greets them by name. This pharmacy has improved a lot over the last few months. I prefer to use Mr Roys pharmacy over other local pharmacies.

Good in dispensing medicine with in the due date time frame.

Always clean and tidy, very friendly staff but the service is incredibly slow every time - around 15 - 20 minute wait for one prescription.

I suffer arthritis in multiple joints. Unfortunately the owner refuse to sell any prescribed by GP opioids. Also doesn't sale any over the counter week opioids like nurofen plus. As an excuse he lies that 'his customers' never needed such medicines, or police would close his business if he proced gp prescription. I find it as unprofessional acting based on personal prejudice, suggesting that people with chronic pain must be a drug addicts so they don't deserve a treatment.

It's never open. Weekend closed. Opening times says 10:30 Monday to Friday. It's Monday 11:40 and it's still closed.
It's terrible as people need their medication urgently. Disrespectful.

Unreliable, can’t pick up our baby girls prescription when we need it because SK Roy is not open, no notification to customers about why he is closed or when he’s going to open. Don’t understand why a business dealing with important medication can’t keep their customers informed. Waste of time keeping them as a dedicated pharmacy.
