More then just a pharmacy! The main pharmacy man is better then the doctors! Doctors kept giving my dad tablets and brushing him off but he said straight to the hospital and he was RIGHT! Probably saved my dad! Best pharmacy

Always found Pharmacy Direct very good. Always polite and do the very best to help you.

They do seem very unorganised, it always seems as though two or three members of staff get involved in serving me and they look all over the place for the prescription. Having said that they are friendly and helpful.

Very slow but not their fault as very busy with a Drs Surgery above bit service is good and always helpful.

Worst pharmacy ever. It takes over an hour just to pick-up medication prescribed over 3days ago. When I complained about the long wait, the owner said I could go to another pharmacy.
The most annoying part of this is, there are 7 people I can see over the counter, yet the queue is way outside the door. What are they doing? Poor management. No wonder all the old staff have all left. It's a shame there is no zero star.

Unprofessional pharmacy phone up yesterday told me they will driver my mum tablets today did avived so called them today and told me they just had my mum submission today so this pharmacy telling lies never recommended this

Unreliable delivery service. Claim to deliver and say no one was home . I'm house bound. Phoning to check if on delivery is a joke probably or should be isn't an answer, and today I'm chasing it up and the lady was told to hang up the phone before she could answer with a definite answer. It's gone to pots.

I have not needed to get some prescription medication for many years and I am very relieved about that following my recent visit to this pharmacy. The young girl who initially served me didn’t even have the courtesy to say hello and snatched the prescription from my hand. She then abruptly asked me for my address. I would have refused to call my address across the shop if there were other clients in there. Thankfully, the pharmacist was far better mannered then his younger colleague. Perhaps she should look to him for some pointers.

Went in for my partner prescription no one else in before me. Two people coming in wanting blue scrips. They got priority over me. Just nice to know that you get pushed back if you don't have an addiction

The service today was awful the lady pharmacist was so unhelpful I have been in with my child before and the man pharmacist is so helpful take you to a private room today I wasn’t offered to talk in there she just spoke in front of everyone in the shop when she found out it was a sore throat she didn’t come near him stood so far back and just said I can’t look or help it’s not something we do here and was told paracetamol no other advise

Was told prescription had already been collected when it had been stuffed in a shelf out the back. Staff turnover is awful, and current duty pharmacist has awful chip on her shoulder , judgemental and also unsympathetic. Also make sure you keep receipts as you will get a notification from nhs saying you have not paid .
Do yourself a favour and pop to Woolston or Tesco. The service here is shocking.

Awful service , rude and blunt . I ordered a script via them , I went in on Monday to ask if it was ready as it had been over a week and there was only 9 in stock was told they would order more and it would be in on Tuesday and be out for delivery on Wednesday waited in allday and no one came so phoned up and they knew nothing about the prescription then asked me to go collect it when it’s bottle of milk (60) I said I can’t and they got funny about putting it on delivery for the next day , nothing but a nightmare at the pharmacy not the first problem I’ve had either !
