I’m not even an Ageas Customer however i called your firm to speak about my claim and concerns I had about the situation and Sarah Macdonald couldnt have been more of a breath of fresh air. She is an absolute asset to your company, she gave me the time of day even though she didnt need to and generated a solution to my concerns within 10 minutes of putting the phone down. Car insurance time - Ageas were the cheapest quote last year and after searching around, these still came back the cheapest this year.... so, I called them and it turned out my renewal price was even cheaper! This is the first time I have stayed with my original insurer, the lady I spoke to was wonderful, kind and very happy. Absolutely outstanding service. Have been with Ageas just over a year. I've had to put a claim in after the car was run into while parked up at home. I just want to say thank you to all I spoke to. Everyone was pleasant. The claim was sorted very quickly and efficiently. Even for the car seats that required a replacement. I am really pleased with the service provided.
