I’ve had the best mortgage application process with TM Financial Solutions. My husband and I decided it was time to buy our next home but we weren’t sure where to begin. Tom from TM financial Solutions was recommended to us by a family member and we decided to give it a try. We spoke to 3 other mortgage advisors but no one was as knowledgeable or paid attention to detail the way Tom did. We were told by other brokers that we wouldn’t be able to get the house we wanted based on the sort of deals we were looking for but Tom was tenacious and kept sourcing for deals until he found a lender that matched our criteria. He kept us up to date throughout the process and reassured us that he would see it through, which he did.

We were able to get an agreement in principle within a couple of days which felt like a miracle. We went ahead to reserve the property we wanted to buy and Tom started on the mortgage application. The level of understanding and commitment that we received throughout this process has been outstanding. We’ve been through a mortgage application process with our first home but it was nothing compared to how smooth and stress free the process with Tom was.
