No.10 Preston

The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it very easy to find. The building itself is pretty, adding to the charm of the stay.
The room I was allocated was both spacious and clean, with the bed being exceptionally comfortable and emitting a lovely fragrance. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and the addition of a small kitchen in the room was a pleasant surprise, enhancing the overall comfort and convenience of my stay.
Only surprise, the clear wall in the toilet area was a bit blurred, which might have been specific to my room. This wasn’t a major issue for me since I was staying alone, but I thought it was worth mentioning as it could affect privacy for couples or those sharing a room.
Despite this minor point, my stay at No.10 Preston Hotel was very enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it to others looking for accommodation in the area.

stayed here for a night in a preston. absolutely BEAUTIFUL room! we stayed in the kensington. 2 big beds made up of 4 single beds, with drawers and lamps and charging places for phones and electronics. comfy couch with very comfortable pillows on it. a kitchen with everything you need, a sink, hob, toaster, bin etc. it even came with utensils and cups for drinks which is amazing!! two bathrooms, one with a bath-shower and a long mirror on the wall and the other bathroom with a stand in shower and a ring light mirror on the wall above the sink. we also had a little garden area with a seating area where you can just sit and chill. lots of space in the room, and different lights to turn off/on and a dimmer on the bathroom and bedroom lights. there was also a tv on the wall with a wide array of options to choose from as well as netflix, disney and youtube if that’s something you would like. we also got a welcome letter from the owners about checking in and out times as well as where the smoking areas are. prior to checking in we got the message which told us what code to use for the door which was useful. however, the only downside i saw in this hotel was that if you are on the bottom floor, you will be disturbed all day by the upstairs neighbours creaking as they walk around, and hearing when they use the toilet or shower. the lobby area as you come in was also very decorated and looked super modern with a very cool piece on the stair case handle thing. service can only be a 4/5 as you don’t actually interact with employees here, it’s all yourself, which i think is better in a way since it takes all the hassle out. The location was also a 4/10, i know they cannot help this, it was down an alleyway where you wouldn’t be able to see it unless you were looking. Though the giant sign saying “No.10” cant be missed. I would 100% stay here again.

Another perfect stay at Number 10. Room immaculate, cozy and warm. Just what I needed. And the extra treats are always welcome. Thank you.

Everything excellent...only minor distraction is access...road restrictions around premises and pavement markings make it unclear if my blue badge disabled is allowed...presume no as very vague pavement yellow bar barely visible...when you have terminal illness these points critically important as one already regularly stressed out.
Perhaps owners could have car parking clarification x suggestions on a framed poster at entrance? Suggest clarification blue badge ok? What discretion for loading and unloading during non restrictions hours. Nice touch on arrival in room...won't spoil for new customers!

BEST HOTEL! I have stayed here a few times I’ve the past 2 years whilst studying at uni. Everything is flawless from start to finish. The staff are always attentive, friendly and super helpful. Rooms are always immaculate, clean and comfortable. Each room has its own personal touch with milk in the fridge and sweeties. Everything you need to make you feel at home. Location is amazing right in the centre of Preston, on a quiet street. I always feel safe here travelling on my own. Thank you for another incredible stay ❤

A real treat to stay at. Luxury furnishings and it's located right off the High Street. Will definitely stay there again. The kitchen is also well stocked, a nice touch having milk in the fridge. There is water there as well. Been here three times now. Still loving the place.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room with lovely facilities. Temperature was warm but with the fan it wasn't bad. A nice entrance to the room with classical music in the background, and nice in-room treats like a sweetie jar, and some nice biscuits / tea making facilities with water and fresh milk in the mini fridge. Only negative was there was an empty covid test box behind one of the bedside tables, but otherwise it was a very comfortable short stay for us

Love staying at this hotel when in Preston. Fantastic rooms, close to the city centre and really friendly staff (who pop over and teach you how to use the fancy shower!). Favourite choice when in town.

This is the best hotel in Preston. I was so impressed by the facilities, staff, and location. I stayed in the Polo room which has a great bathroom and kitchenette. Lauren was super friendly, and gave me a discount card for a local tapas restaurant which was phenomenal. On my departure, I was given a small Christmas present (a bauble in a gift box) which was just such a lovely touch. I will be back any time I’m working in Preston. Thanks guys!

Absolutely amazing accommodation which I use regularly as I work in Preston. The rooms and clean, comfortable and impressive. The staff are extremely hospitable and friendly. Sadly it's not possible to pay the upper end of hotel prices 3 nights a week but I definitely look forward to lots of regular stays here and this is the best accommodation in Preston I've found. Thanks!

Very good experience. Apartment are very clean and to a nice standard. Beds are very comfortable and well made every day. Nice bathroom too. The hotel is nicely situated in Preston so very convenient for all shops, restaurants and bars. Very helpful service and able to cover my last minute change of plan so worth the 5 star rating.

Great place to stay for a few days. Rooms are comfy and staff is welcoming. Only minor downside is that it can be a bit noisy from the other rooms or the reception area. Overall, highly recommended!

Very comfy beds, amazing bathroom and the amenities were top notch. I've stayed in many hotels and nothing beats the range of breakfast bar options supplied in the room. Receptionist was very friendly too.

The Polo studio modern, clean and has all that you need. A small beautifully kept kitchen, an inviting bathroom and little extras like a jar full of sweeties on the bedside table. Yummy!

What an absolutely fantastic stay at no.10. Martin and the ladies at No.10 were nothing short of perfect. Courteous,complimentary and genuinely lovely people ,always going above and beyond to make our stay amazing.We stayed in goldfinger and what a room it was. Filled with everything you need with a luxurious design to die for. We will be back! Thank you No.10 ❤

What a perfect stay. We received the warmest welcome on arrival, and stayed in a beautifully relaxing and clean room with a piping hot shower and exquisitely comfortable bed. Just a few yards from a lovely little cafe serving fresh coffee and a delicious breakfast. Car was securely parked on premises. We have left feeling very refreshed and reenergised, and will surely be back soon. Thanks to Max and team for a wonderful stay.

Stayed here in Nov 2021 - staff v.friendly, room was lovely ''Reflection room'' 2 bedrooms, nice large bathroom and an amazing location just a short walk from the train station. Only gripes would be disabled access looks very limited (stairs and no lift) and parking / driving to it is an issue due to how the one way system works and only authorised vehicles are allowed down Fishergate - Bus lane cameras mean you could/will get a fine.

What a fantastic little gem of a place, it is absolutely terrific!! From the fantastic room quality to the amazing staff. A special thank you to Ross who was so helpful and friendly and really looked after us both. There are so many rooms that are just spectacular and I can't wait to return and try them all. Absolutely 5 stars, if you are looking for a place in Preston, bang in the centre of shopping, close to Nightlife but quiet enough to imagine you are miles away from anywhere. This is the place. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

This 'apart-hotel' (hotel of apartments) is absolutely brilliant. The rooms are very high quality, and beautifully decorated to a high standard. They are clean and come well equipped with Molton Brown toiletries and snacks in the kitchenette; are always warm and the beds are incredibly comfortable. There is no car park onsite but there is a public (attended and gated) car park a 3 minute walk away that costs about £8.50 for 24 hours.

We have stayed here twice now and fully intend to stay again, we have been upgraded twice free of charge and the upgrade even included a lush bath bomb on arrival and cupcakes at the end of the stay! Not that anyone should expect an upgrade but you can expect brilliant service from every member of the team and a lovely stay!
