Unfortunately the staff understand the frustration that it is for people dropping of parcels. They don't refuse to be a pain , they have very little space. They do lone working and working through there break. This is to help customers. Well done to the team. some customer are abusive and very rude .but most are very understanding.

I have had nothing but friendly polite service from this store. They work long hours and are always polite and helpful. Could not fault them and will always use them as my no.1 newsagents

Quite overpriced except for the offers. Staff is decent. When I was on my way home from school I wanted to go in but couldn't as they were making you queue outside even though there were hardly any people inside. Go to Martin's off-license instead it's much better.

Advertised opening hours are until 4:00pm on a Sunday. Get there at 3:52pm to use the parcel drop off service and the doors are locked. The member of staff just shakes her head. If you can’t stay open until for the hours advertised please adjust them.

Starf are incredibly rude have pulled by my bag for no reason and started asking me for health letters bc I was trying to some mecdice and had been shouted and been told to get out the shop if I wasn’t buying something even tho I was looking something so terrible shop don’t go there and really overpriced if I could I would give 0 star

Collect+ website says open til 8pm, actually it shuts at 4pm. Even though I arrived earlier than 4, staff had already locked the doors and refused to serve me. Unprofessional staff, collect+ should revoke the service from here.
